Took my 2021 Highlander to this location for a bumper repair/replace via an insurance claim-hit and run. Vehicle repair completed and vehicle was dropped off at my house (3 miles away) and the owner had no paperwork. When I asked for it he said "why do you need that"? I explained I wanted verification it was completed in the event the insurance company asked, that was January 5, 2023. Fast forward to the beginning of February when we notice that one of the sensors was popped out. I called and he said drop it off as they used double sided tape. He stated that is how it comes from the factory. I tried to stop in on a Friday at 2:00 PM, no one there. I called the number posted on the door and he said drop it off on Monday. Was out of town. The next time my husband stopped in they were not open and no one answered the phone. We both work jobs in which we travel a lot and time is of the essence for us. We finally stopped in on 02-13-2023 at 1:00 PM and John Wandry was walking out, my husband asked for the paperwork and John wanted him to come back. Husband said no and John went in to get it. We ended up taking my vehicle to the dealership on 02-14-2023 to get down to the bottom of why my backup camera and sensors are all in alarm. Come to find out when they replace the bumper they did not replace the sensor brackets, they used double sided tape. When I called John to ask him to make it right I bare got my whole sentence out when he started to yell, scream and use curse words. I will never ever use this establishment again. I will be sure that the insurance company never uses this establishment again. I will be sure everyone that I know never uses this establishment again. It isn't the fact that they didn't do the job correctly, its the manner in which John Wandrey handled it. Yelling, screaming and cursing because I made a decision to get a second opinion is NOT okay. He could have calmly asked me to bring it in and he would complete the repairs to the correct standards.
