5 stars for Elliot — he was excellent. Great communication, explained everything clearly, and was great to work with. Much appreciated.
However, my experience with the other employee was disappointing. I’ll leave names out of this review, but the attitude was unacceptable — impatient, yelling at customers, and acting like he hated his job. Very unfortunate, and because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses the situation so future customers receive better treatment. He almost FA&FO but I was in a good mood 😄

I would not recommend anyone to go there for oil change. Their quality of work is not professional and sucks. Took my car there to get an oil changed and the black guy was lazy and not attention to detail. Splash oil all over my engine cover and did not properly installed my skid plate back on correctly. Basically it seems all they care about is to put oil in your car and not how it ended up like. Do not go here unless you want to be cleaning after their mess once your car is covered in oil and having readjusting your skid plate so it don't fall off.

Went in for a standard oil change, 3 different people all were doing and checking different parts. Was a little uncomfortable because some techs seemed very unsure and inexperienced. I left and heard a weird noise but didn’t think anything of it. Checked they next morning and there was oil on my garage floor and a plastic part hanging off the bottom of my car. I took it back and they told me the oil plug was barely tightened and they did not re attach the plastic part after checking the filter. Inexperience and lack of competency made for a terrible experience, luckily I caught it before losing more oil and damaging my engine.
