“Karen absolutely saved the day for the move out to Colorado. We originally thought that uhaul was the place to rent from to save a few bucks only to be informed that the selected pick up location was changed at the last minute to an hour north of our selected pick up location. Needless to say I was infuriated. We called Penske and Karen went to bat for us at the last minute and got us a better truck at a very reasonable price.
