The staff were friendly and my rental was quick and easy. All the employees wore masks and there are protective clear barriers between customers and desk workers. They have a policy to reimburse you for gas if you fill it up past a certain point. Initially I did not receive the reimbursement even though I filled up the tank, but the staff were happy to get my problem resolved!

Uhaul doesn't care about their customers they change the rental reservation a day before so all of the plans you make to prepare are bs! Don't book online!

They find a way to charge you extra no matter what they tell you One price to make it sound good when you take the van but when you come back that's not the price you're paying . I was scammed out of an extra 10 bucks it's only 10 bucks but instead of paying 62 now it's 77

Maria is a scammer. I rented for one day and she charged me for two. Then after I realized she was charging me for two days, I told her I could use the truck for the second day to move a few more things but she wouldn't let me use the truck. She said it was already reserved. So, why was she charging me? I also brought back full gas and she charged me for 2 gallons at an exuberant price. She said she was the manager but the only thing she is managing is to rip people off. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that is not as hard up. Our moving truck smelled like urine and their facility is filthy like the "manager" Maria. Surprisingly, this is the corporate office! Disgusting.
