They know you by name and don't have the outrageous fees other larger clinics like to charge. “I have 2 pups that go to Parkdale. One of my pups and I went in today and met Dr. Chapman for a annual check up. She is so sweet and you can tell she loves the animals. I’ve never met Dr. Chapman before for either of my pups and we usually just go with Dr. Jauer who we all love because he’s so kind, but in the past we had to do a few appointments with Dr. Shearburn when my pup’s leg was fractured and we had to go in every few weeks to get his cast changed out.Dr. Chapman and Dr. Jauer are great! Both are super friendly, supportive, and always give me great information. Both are the best vets in the county!! Also Parkdale has the best and most friendliest CVTs and vet assistants. I trust them whole heartedly with my pups.The only negative I have is with Dr. Shearburn, I’m not sure if Dr. Shearburn still works there but she always came off as more cold and unfriendly. But everyone else is lovely. Thank you Parkdale staff ”

“I started coming here this past year, and I am so glad I did! The staff here truly care about your pet. They are kind and know how to put your dog at ease as they examine him/her. I came to Richfield Area Pet a clinic a couple days ago because my dog was not acting himself. I was extremely concerned about him as he was in pain. The doctor explained what was going on and gave him meds to make him feel better. In just a couple hours, my dog was acting like nothing ever happened! Highly recommend this place”
“A last minute trip out of town required us to kennel our boy last minute. With our vet no longer offering kenneling and most kennels in the area being completely booked, we found Heart and Soul. They were able to accommodate a last minute overnight stay. We are so grateful for finding them. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially the receptionist at the front desk. Our pup is home now, happy as a clam and freshly bathed!”
