I believe the days of Ace having people helping you are gone. I went in looking for a replacement key for a Toro snowblower. Had to talk to two people to find a package that cost $12 that had four different keys in it. Only one key was for the snowblower. I ended up throwing the other three away. The days of having good help is over, but the days of them being more expensive than anyone else are still here.

They are always so helpful here. They can find you any screw, bolt, nut or tool for for the task you need done. They have the best customer service than anyplace around. I always go to an Ace Hardware.

What a gift to have a great locally owned hardware spot in this part of town. I've had nothing but excellent interactions with all the staff except for the younger girl with dyed hair. She is consistently lousy but the rest of the staff is upbeat, knowledgable and helpful.

Does not return items with or without a receipt. Purchased item to fix something while on vacation. They were no help.
