Had ordered a mattress online for my kid. Came in and it was apparently un available. I was originally disappointed, but the staff (Ashton) and his co-work were very friendly and helped me pick a way better option in the end that was also very affordable!

I BOUGHT A MATRESS FROM AMERICAN FREIGHT, THE DAY IT WAS SUPOSED TO BE DELIVERED THE TRUCK HAD A FLAT TIRE, I UNDERSTOOD I HAD TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT DAY. THE DRIVER WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK MY OLD ONE, MIKE AND CLIFF WE'RE NICE ENOUGH TO TAKE MY OLD MATTRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY WE'NT SUPPOSE TO. THE DELIVERY GUY'S MIKE AND CLIFF WERE GREAT ,NOT SO HAPPY WITH THE STORE

I’m not usually one for leaving a negative review but I’d really not want anyone else to waste their money, at this store, as I did After a few months the couch love seat combo we purchased needs to be replaced, it’s incredibly cheaply made, looked great upon purchase but aged about 10 years after only a few months, cushions have no shape to them, the frame is broke and creaking, and the seems are all fraying, should have known when I saw that they don’t stand behind their products and all sales are final,(once they get your payment your not their issue any more) most other places have at least a short grace period… the beginnings of the wear starting showing after only a couple weeks use!!. Don’t be lured in by their sales, save yourself money and hassle in the long run and shop elsewhere. ((BTW the response to my post by them is totally for show, they don't respond to the email they provide))

I just moved to the area and bought my first house. The first thing I wanted to do was get my bedroom setup! Joselyn was very welcoming and helpful in getting me setup with my new mattress set! I will definitely be coming back to ask her for more help with furnishing the rest of my house!

My experience when I visited American Freight was confusing at first, however after meeting with Joce and getting some help for my basement bar area. It made it easier and simpler to understand what was the best things to look for based on the style of my basement. I was happily pleased to have not only walked out with a couch that suited my ideas, but to have been helped by Joce as well.
