All these people do is give you empty promises and scam you out of your money. They say they’re doing you a “favor” but in reality they will just charge you without your knowledge. Not only that, they will tell you owe a certain amount one day, and then raise it the next.

Employees made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. The billing clerk was very helpful and efficient and set up appointments for me. When arriving I felt distraught about my situation but upon leaving I felt confident looking into the future.

I went in to get a denture hard reline and was told that I needed a Xray. I thought that it was odd that a person who wore dentures for years would need it but I just followed their advice and had it. The day before the appointment to get my denture reline, I received a call saying that I owed them money for the Xray since my insurance didn't cover it. I asked if I could be billed for this and I was told that I would have to pay it before they could get me in for the reline. I feel that I should have been told upfront that this was their policy and if I didn't want the Xray that I could have turned it down. Eventually I will pay the money and just never return to them for any reason!

This place is more like car dealership but for teeth.I went here for tooth pain. They took X-Rays after I had already had my previous x-rays sent to them. Then while waiting for the dentist, I was offered all these services, Including some type of deep cleaning, then they me told me not to feel o ligated to sign up for any of it. So after I see the doctor, I'm hit with an over $5000 deep cleaning offer. I said no thanks and their response was well we can't help you for your tooth.Definitely seems this dentist is more worried about selling this deep cleaning stuff thsn actually helping patients.

Aspen Dental did not address my primary reason for the visit - pain. They did a comprehensive exam with imaging but didn't give an acute plan for the current pain and possible infection, only an overall long term plan which needed to be paid in full before any treatment. Still having an issue with pain. I'll have to see another dental clinic. So mostly a waste of time for the initial reason I wanted to be seen.

I am extremely frustrated with the billing department at this location. A year ago the office called and verified that they DO accept the insurance that my son carries so we went ahead with the appointment. Upon check in they told us we were all set and good to go with insurance. My son needed xrays and sealants as part of his 6 month check up and that was when they realized they actually do not accept our insurance. I wrote to the Dentist and he actually sent us a check refunding us the amount that they made us pay for the xrays and sealants. Fast forward a few months later, I received a bill for the entire cleaning and tried to dispute it through many emails and calls and they just kept saying there was nothing they could do. I understand if we are not in network, however when I had verified twice before the appointment began and they chose not to verify themselves I believe that falls on them as their mistake, not the patient who has seen them advertise on their dental insurance website and verified over phone and in person. I also do not think it is right to charge us when the Dentist himself reimbursed us for the discrepancy. After so many calls and emails everything when radio silent and now I have a letter from a debt collector. The lack of communication, verification, and ownership of the mistake THEIR office made is what is the most disappointing. My sons experience with the Dentist himself was amazing and I appreciate the effort he has made thus far however, I do not recommend this location as they will tell you you are in network and then just bill you because of THEIR mistake.

I went in for a check up and cleaning. They took a bunch of X-rays checked my gums. They said I should get a deep cleaning below my gums. It would take three visits and $3000. They didn’t even clean my teeth or check for cavities. No thank you!
