This company is amazing, all my furniture was wrapped in movers blankets. The guys were very considerate, moving my stuff into my home, place them in the rooms where they belong. This is probably the third move. I used this company. No need to look for anybody else.

They were absolutely wonderful. From the first call to the office to our move in date it was a great experience. They communicated with us at all times. They were organized and very professional. They were on time and really went above and beyond to make our move as seamless as possible. We had to store our possessions for a few days . They handled all my possessions with great care. I would highly recommend STI Moving & Stirage.

Please never use this Company for relocation!!!!!! NEVER ! the worst service ever! I relocated from Roselle, Ill to Sun City, AZ in May of 2022. I was over charged for the total move I was giving one price over the phone for 2 room move! I paid $3,000, in Chicago and when my items were deliver it was sent by a third party services that I had to pay additional $3,700. 00 once I received my items all the boxes were damaged and missing about 6 boxes which had valuable and expensive items. I had just Purchase a new Bedroom set before my move to AZ, so I was missing items to complete the bedroom set which STI refuse to rebuy or help with shipping my items to me ! My total lost of my out pocket was over $2000.00 for the lost items and they offered me $66.00 as a claim! HORRIBLE service ! try a professional company and pay the extra !

Movers on the Chicago end milked their time to 4 hours despite a 4 person crew for a 2 bedroom SMALL apartment and upcharged us for extra items which they chose to box randomly. Fragile boxes were handled with extra NO care and came pancaked with family treasures (I lost my Dad less that 2 years ago and his items were irreplaceable ) broken and battered while they created boxes and over taped unbreakables. It was so odd because a two man crew from Two Men and a Truck moved me into the same apartment (up 2 1/2 HARD flights of Chicago stairs) with far more ease in a blizzard and took half the time. They immediately and VERY scripted (I used to be an actor and these guys should stick to moving) told us we had more than was quoted. These guys were milking and we had to postpone my house closing in Florida by a day mid move despite the fact that they knew we were on a strict schedule to leave Chicago and arrive in Georgia that day. (I should note that the company did call and say we were overcharged, so we did receive a credit, but with their pile of 1988 carbon copies, you'd wonder if you paid for your move AND their health insurance). So we postponed and we were promised by the wonderfully misogynistic NICK that the timeframe to receive our things in Florida would be between 2-10 days guaranteed. I mention Nick because he refused to speak to me and only spoke to my brother who only fronted the Chicago part of the move as a housewarming gift. Despite this, the Chicago "dream team" filled with COVID sneezers and coughers who did not offer the courtesy of mask wearing though we were wearing them tagged every item of my twin sister and my HARD EARNED MONEY as his property. Nice touch. Misogyny or not, they also treated my brother like a chump, so at least we got somewhat fair treatment. So NICK the snake tells my brother the 2-10 days is closer to two and my brother sweetly drives all the way down to Florida to help with the load in. But after 10 days, he has to return to Illinois for work. No worries, our stuff (and some other people's showed up on day 14). The Florida crew were swift and kind which made this review tough. I tipped them well and plied them with waters and turned my air down due to the Florida heat. I even offered to buy dinner if they were hungry. All seemed well until we started going through our things and realized that more items were broken than should have been. To add insult to injury, after the boxes were removed, we realized that our couch was put together incorrectly and therefore was sitting on a 45 degree angle pitching forward. GREAT. We spent a week and multiple drill bits fixing the stripped screws that our otherwise awesome Florida crew used to put the legs on backwards for an $1800 custom made couch that is now worthless. (Note, I blame STI,not our Florida movers). And NO follow up call from the company. No thank you, no email, nothing. They are likely not the worst out there from what I know, but they must be close. Shop around. And please tell Nick that women like me understand how to use power tools while being extremely successful. **Note that I addended this review because a female from the company called my brother to ask me to call them about damage claims. Please see note above about asking them to call me repeatedly. So, I'll say it again, call ME. Any further calls to my brother will be seen as harassment. If STI wants to make this right, they have my contact info. I look forward to a fair settlement on my broken items, time without my life's possessions and lack of communication with me, the homeowner who also paid the final portion of my move.

I hired STI to move my stuff from Arizona to Charlotte and up until my stuff was deliver, it was good service. When my stuff was delivered I realized the day of I was missing a piece of furniture. They said they would deliver it in a week or they would FedEx it. It has been two weeks and I still have not received it. It has been a struggle trying to get someone on the phone and they don't have an ETA so it could be months. btw when I put this post up STI called me and said they are less likely to help me get my furniture bc of this review. worst service and not professional.

I paid $2200 to have a piece of heirloom furniture moved. The value of the piece is less than that, but the piece has great sentimental value, so it was worth the price. I paid so much for WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY, yet it arrived smashed on one side and completely destroyed. The mover shrugged his shoulders. In addition to my piece of furniture, STI Movers broke my heart. Avoid this company.

They were HORRIBLE. In winter, in two snowy states (Illinois and Ohio) they did minimal to protect our floors. They wore dirty shoes and laid no protection throughout our new house (which has white carpet). Both our condo and new house were left filthy! After the first half of our move we called 3 times to confirm they'd have enough floor protectant and they had a single rug for our entry way. Once they unwrapped furniture, they used the furniture protectant sporadically but they didn't have enough, ever move it's location for more coverage and had already walked throughout the entire house in shoes (because it was initially on the furniture). Boxes didn't even end up on the right floor of our house. We hired them to pack and they basically just dump everything in boxes - no care or concern for items. They forgot several drawers and when we pointed them out, with even less concern they begrudgingly got another box and literally dropped items in. Our quote was half of what they actually charged us - so make sure you're very precise on what you have or you can expect significant up charges. They didn't even have enough tracking stickers to confirm we'd get everything. The movers in Cleveland were grouchy at best. In Chicago, no one wore a mask during COVID, they just claimed they're vaccinated (with no proof). Also, no one told us that they can't reassemble cribs...a heads up in advance would have been nice as we tried to nap or two sick babies. NEVER AGAIN. I'll be filling a BBB report as well to at a minimum try to recoup cleaning fees. For a $7k move I would have expected better. They also won't take check or credit on delivery only pickup (but amazingly will for their tip!).

I could not be happier with their service. Our contact Max was wonderful to work with and our team leader Cortes was efficient and polite. They were nice to our whole family. They were careful and treated it like their own. We will definitely use them again.

STI damaged my computer monitors with shoddy packing and moving. When I reported the issue they required I file a claim through their 3rd party insurance provider which ultimately offered me $11 in total compensation. This was an enormous waste of time and source of frustration. Months later, manager Solana offered us 20% of the value of the damaged screens. I would recommend using a different moving company that respects their clients' property and time.

STI Movers provides excellent customer service from the initial contact right through to the last item unloaded. I recently moved from a 2500 sq. ft. condo to another and was dreading moving day. This was the most seamless moving experience I could have ever hoped for. Max handled the logistics by phone, patiently addressed all of my concerns, provided the estimate (which turned out to be accurate), and assured me that the big move day would go smoothly. Luciano and his crew arrived precisely on time, and began working immediately. They were methodical and organized, carefully moving large furniture, computers, and even a piano. They also packed 20+ wardrobe boxes and 100 shoeboxes. Luciano knew exactly what each man was doing/moving at any given time, as well as dealing with this nervous customer in a kind and courteous manner. This crew never stopped until the last piece was moved in 9 hours later- they were amazing! STI are professional movers all the way. I am so happy I hired them and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

We do not recommend this mover, don't do it if we could give 0 stars we would. First want to say make sure you wrap everything yourself. They over charge for all materials. We bought our own boxes and paid $1.25 for most of our boxes at uhaul, they charged three times that for boxes they used to pack and wrap things, thieves.... We waited over a weeklong get our things and we moved from Arizona to New Mexico. They when they did deliver they brought all our things in the smallest uhaul truck, our items came to more cubic space then the truck would hold, was told by the delivery person " couldn't get a bigger uhaul and they just shoved it all in there" so so many damages. Just take a look the lamps were packed by the movers too.

STI Moving & Storage said it would be no problem to move my piano up thirteen stairs and that they have years of experience moving pianos. When the crew got to our new house, they were going to carry it up the stairs and did not bring a grand piano skid, which is the only way to do it. When I complained, the owner gave me some garbage about renting a lift and bringing it through a window! You couldn't fit a bass fiddle through the window. What a dope. Real ripoff artists! They left my piano in the basement, so the real piano movers had to bring it up 26 steps total. I have witnessed pianos being moved in and out of small venues and up and down stairs by roadies for years and never once saw anyone CARRY a piano more than a couple steps. Dopes will say anything to get a move job
