Completely useless organization!!!! 100% hassles to use the abundant balance in accout. After every purchase, debit card "locks" for fraud protection???????? It's the same 3 places I only use card!!!!! Now, I am without my needed medication, due to it taking an hour to unlock, and pharmacy closed. Will be closing ALL accounts on Monday morning, 8am. DONT GIVE THEM ANY FUNDS, IF YOU EVER PLAN ON USING THEM. BETTER JUST THROW YOUR CASH AWAY!!!!

Called them so many times, all the staff I've talked to were either being rude, giving me attitude that wasn't needed. I think they need to improve there staff. Or I would have to cancel my account with them.

Update: things have improved. Now able to do banking in the lobby. Service has much improved. I really didnt want to change banks. Getting back to the good service. However they changed the seating and the chairs are to low makes it very difficult for someone with my mobility to get up and down.Lobby only open by appointment. Thats not for general banking. Most customers are still having to do all their banking outside. So apparently the less money you have the more likely you are to pass covid19..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Other banks never closed the lobby..

I've been going to this Branch to get my check cashed every Wednesdayay for the past 6 months and they always make my funds available to me same day... Today I was told that they haven't been able to do this since October and was told that they cannot help me today...I drove 10 minutes to another branch and they took care of it with no issues. Looks like I won't be returning

Yes if you just have drive- through you should be open til 5 om or 5:30. And all open lanes should have a teller.

Terrible drive through hours of 9:30am to 4pm. Then they close the south side branch. Time to find a new bank!

All staff are nice and super friendly to deal with so this isn't an issue. Business closes earlier than all of the other banks. Not open on Saturday. Difficult to set up and use online bill pay services. There are so many undisclosed restrictions that make things difficult but I suppose one can work around these issues over time. Overall they are a good bank, no complaint there, it's just things need to be easier to navigate on the phone application and on their site. Definitely would recommend this bank to friends and family.
