Oneida was amazing! She helped my wife and I purchase a Palisade and we couldn’t be happier. The process was smooth and she explained every part of it! From there Megan was super personable and helpful putting our paperwork together in the finance department. So excited for our numerous road trips in the Palisade!

I have had the absolute BEST experience at the Janesville Hyundai dealership! They were kind, compassionate, and honest! I had an extensive issue with my vehicle, but they got it back to tip top shape, in a timely manner exactly as promised! Trenton kept me informed every step of the way, assured me that all my concerns were addressed! Coming from Rockford that has a TERRIBLE Hyundai dealership, I will drive the 40+ miles it takes ANY DAY to bring my car back to Janesville Hyundai! Straight forward transaction with no games. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive. The sales rep Oneida answered every question and Nick the sales manager made the whole process quick and efficient.

They're always friendly and helpful when I see them. As a disabled person with few friends after moving to a new state, their willingness to drive the car (or me) home when the drop off or service is completed is so greatly appreciated, though I imagine it's only made possible by my nearness to the dealership.

Buying a car can be a good experience or a bad experience depending on the sales person that helps you. If you're going into Boucher Hyundai to look at a car, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Oneida. She is knowledgeable about the vehicles and listens carefully to what you want in a new car. She helped with comparing leasing to purchasing which was a great help to me in the decision making process. We now have a Venue, a Santa Cruz SEL and a Sante Fe Calligrahy in the family and we are satisfied Hyundai owners!

In April I ordered a 2023 Genesis G70 and it was a very quick and easy process. Over the 4 months of waiting for the car to arrive, I worked with Oneida Acosta on weekly updates on the progress of the shipment of the car. She responded quickly and was very easy and great to work with. When my car arrived the entire dealership team was also great to work with. Before driving off, Oneida gave me a run down of every feature of the car and her knowledge of how everything worked was phenomenal. If you are looking to buy a new or used Genesis I highly suggest working with Boucher Hyundai of Janesville, specifically with Oneida Acosta.

I have a 2008 Veracruz that needed, what I thought, was a right rear wheel bearing replacement. I was given a reasonable quote. The mechanic said that the left rear wheel bearing was in worse shape. I was asked if I wanted to simply replace the worst or do both. I said do both. Boucher service folks did not simply double the price. There was a substantial savings by doing both at the same time. I applaud their service team for making sure the car was safe to drive, not ripping me off, and doing it all in a timely manner.Over the past 40 years of car ownership, I have experienced the full gamut of dealer trustworthiness. Boucher deserves highest honors for their Service Department.

Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Was in & out in less than 45 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Sent video after I had left appointment going through all inspections, tires, brakes, battery, etc.. Nice touch!

Bought a pre owned Hyundai Tucson 3 years ago. 8 weeks ago it just quit. I had all and any maintenance done at there service center. The service department called me 3 weeks later to tell me I needed a new engine. I was already told to get a case manager prior to dealing with the dealership. I have asked for a loaner car every week they will not help. I received a call last Thursday they had submitted everything to the warranty department. Received a call today from my case manager saying they were still waiting on things from the dealership. Not trustworthy or willing to help .
