I haven't been this impressed with a company in a long time. I have worked with this company for many years, and was a bit hesitant when new owners took over, as I wasn't sure how/if it would impact anything - and it did in a great way! Jen was SUCH a pleasure to work with, and she not only was kind and prompt in all our communications, but she also worked hard to find the best outcome possible, something I didn't even expect! I cannot recommend this company enough. :)

Amazing customer service. After a poor experience with a tax prep competitor last year they put all my concerns to rest. They took their time and worked with me answered all my questions. They were quick and thorough. Pricing was much better than competitor as well. I will be using them going forward. Would recommend their services without hesitation.
