This location should be shut down. The store manager does things that aren’t legal and the assistant manager isn’t much better. Most of the employees smoke right by the door and it’s gross. My son had to quit because of some of the store managers behaviors and illegal practices.

Very disappointed how they treat their employees and how the manager Brandy is not a friendly person i go in often and there is a very nice respectful man named Ray he brightens my day. So i went in the other day and heard the manager telling Ray he is too friendly to customers for one you should have taken him to the office and people should be nice and respectful to your customers needless to say i will be telling my family and friends about this and the kitchen people are rude i nor my family and friends will be coming back to that store need better managment

I just ordered DoorDash from here. Seeing all the negative reviews almost made me not order.
I ordered a supreme pizza, and it was great beyond my expectations. I'm very picky with pizza. Now I'll have to see if it passes the leftover pizza test.
The Mountain Dew Baja Lemonade was goid, too.
I'll update my review after the leftover pizza test and after I've tried the other two sodas and the Casey's take on puppy chow.
Everything in the order was correct, no wrong or missing items.
Update 6/11/24
The pizza passed the leftover pizza test with flying colors. I heated up a couple slices, and they were great.
The Moutain Dew Baja Punch and Overdrive were good, but Baja Punch id a new favorite.
The puppy chow is good, too.
I'll definitely be back ordering more from here.

Ok so look at this pizza they made us. Wow. No cheese and no sauce and meat isn't cooked. I spoke with the manager Erica and she tells me to come back and get another pizza. This is unacceptable. It was $25 for this. So now I'm supposed to use gas to come back for you to make my pizza properly. Who made this a toddler? Don't eat here and don't ask for Erica cause she is not helpful or caring.

Staff is rude. Someone named dawn decided to roll her eyes and sigh at my parents because they were looking at the peanuts in the front and someone was behind them who they moved out of the way to let them through and she still decided to be rude. Then as we are leaving someone yelled something out the door. Disgusting behavior.

You might want to check with the Kwik Trip manager on hwy 51. One of your employees came in today while I was in line. She not only caused a huge scene, but was as rotten as a person could be to others. She stated several times that she worked at a station down the street. The gentleman in front of me recognized her from your store. I have never witnessed someone be so cruel to a worker for doing their job. Her language was extremely offensive, without a care to children being present, much less the 20+ others of us in line. I will never step foot in a Casey's again due to her behavior. I am sure no company wants a representative like her.

Love caseys if you buy Newport by 2 packs you get a huge discount, they are cheaper than cigarette depot !!!
Customer service is always great its always clean, they clean counter off ..

Don't know why all Casey's are either out of the gas most of the time or the pumps are extremely slow. You can fully charge a electric car in the super long time it takes just to put 5 gallons in here

Used to be great, now every time I go in here, morning/afternoon/evening, they never have pizza ready, nor do any of their other (few) hot items look particularly appetizing. Not sure what changed, but it's a real shame. Especially with Kwik Trips popping up left and right, the only real reason to go into a Casey's instead is now gone. I used to go in almost daily, getting gas and food, but I don't think I'll be going back anymore. I'm really not sure why they don't keep the pizza coming constantly, the ingredients can't possibly cost that much in bulk. Yes, I suppose I could order ahead, but that kind of defeats the point. There are plenty of restaurants to order pizza from, but there really aren't any places in town to grab a slice ready to go. They have all these pictures up of pizza, it's like what they're known for: the pizza gas station. And yet when you go in these days you see an empty rack with maybe one sad looking old slice at best.Very disappointing.
