Super happy I got my car fixed here after being rear ended. From day 1 I was kept updated via text. I dealt with Al and Nick and they were both super helpful and professional. The paint matching and bumper fitment is absolutely perfect. When I picked up my car not only did they vacuum, they also washed my rubber floormats and they look brand new! Fingers crossed I don't have another accident, but if I do I will definitely come here again.Services: Painting

Great business to deal with. Communication was solid, Al was very nice and helpful. The work they did looks great, and I was surprised at pickup to see they vacuumed the cleaned the interior. City Car Star is amazing. My car looks amazing. Their customer service was impeccable. They even had a loaner car free of charge (except fuel of course) for me the entire time. We have gone to City CarStar a few times and each time have been beyond impressed with their services and treatment. Everyone is great to work with and their repairs are always amazing. I had my Kia stolen this year. This meant my whole steering column was destroyed, broken windows, and broken bumper pieces. It was an extremely difficult time for me, but City CARSTAR made it so much easier on me.They went above and beyond for me and my family by being attentive to my requests, completing the job efficiently and quickly as possible, and by giving me weekly updates on progress for maitinence and repairs. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism I have rarely seen at an auto shop.My car had broken glass shattered on the floors and seats, my belongs strewn across the floors and seats from the center console and glove compartment, and trash all over from the carjackers. It was quite a piece of work before city CARSTAR tended to it and then some.I have never met a more hard working and dedicated auto team, and I am very much looking forward to utilizing them should the need arise. 10/10 in efficiency, friendliness, and quality of work.Services: Battery
