I recently switched to CVS pharmacy from Walgreens pharmacy. Switching was very much worth it's and I recommend it very much. Always super friendly employees, and the drive-through is never a huge wait in line.

My prescription was quite a bit more than I expected. The pharmacist found me a lower price without changing the prescription. I was very impressed with the service and the extra time the pharmacist took with me.

I have been waiting in this drive thru line for 30 minutes and because of its set up with a curb on the right side I can not leave. Are they understaffed? What is taking so long?

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could! I had a prescription sent here from the ER. I didn't need it for a few days so I was waiting for the text to say it had been filled. It said it would be ready Monday at 4pm. So I sent my husband to pick it up Monday around 5ish. He got there and was told it would be 30-45 minutes to fill so I told him to just come home I would pick it up tomorrow on my way home from work. Called today since I was going to pick it up after work and was told they had to order it and it wouldn't be there until after 6pm tonight so how were they going to fill it yesterday but now they have to order it? And why did they just not call AFTER they already knew that they would have to order so I could have transferred it to another pharmacy. This will be the LAST time I spend a dime in a CVS.

There should not be two check out places at the pharmacy section. 1. NOONE looks at the shelf with all the med bags, the amount of clerks working on refills, the drive through or the effort of people to make two lines as if that would make things go faster? There are chairs there but NOONE wants to wait and they get rude. Instant gratification has caused everyone in our world to not want to wait. I have been very impressed with how pleasant the clerks are , despite how rude customers are. Make them not,, form a line, put up a sign!

Our family will never give business to CVS again. Why? The AWFUL pharmacist who refused to give a pain medication prescription to my 1 year old cousin (a pediatric cancer patient) so she could come home and spend Christmas at home with her family. Heartbreaking.
