Otc medications are twice the price from other retail, just like Walgreens, I came here to get medicine for my baby who's got fever, Not knowing how to drive so we walk all the way here, and got tylenol and ibuprofen, I spent $30 for 60ml and 30ml. 😳

Today I had to go to the CVS pharmacy on Court St in Janesville to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy assistant, Eleanor, was very helpful. I originally thought that I’d only be able to get a 30 day supply of the specific prescription I needed (per my insurance and from what a nurse had told me previously) but it popped up for me to choose if I wanted a 90 day supply. She told me that we can try it and see if my insurance will allow it. To my surprise, it went through! So I really appreciated her help with that. And she was very kind as well. Then I purchased something else while I was there also. The cashier who checked me out, Allison, was SUPER kind, very helpful, and acted very professional! It was very refreshing to encounter this today at this CVS 😌Thank you both very much for your help, kindness, and professionalism!

.....hello. Yeah I go to this store and find service from people who know the store well, has what I'm looking for almost always, they take pride in the place and it's heart felt to see them doing such a good job. It's not a big store and one of the oldest I think. Well anyways, that's the short end of it. Have a nice day.

DO NOT USE THE ATM ... I attempted to get $200. The machine charged my account for $200 and dispensed $180 ... The ATM company says call your bank... Bank says file a 4 page dispute and maybe we will get it back... If the form is right.. Called store manager. She said sorry we rent that machine nothing we can do....

Just called both CVS in town and WOW what a difference! I would give the woman's name but I never asked. I was just calling inquiring about squishmallows of all things and she was the KINDEST CVS employee I've ever spoke with! Kudos to this store for employing KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND WARM HEARTED PEOPLE!! ❤️

Pharmacy never seems to have it together and lady answering phone was not helpful with my issues. Not surprised my insurance is no longer working with them.
