Talked to an agent last week and was told to come in at noon to get a car today, I showed up, car they offered me was very dirty, had some damage on rims, and obviously not ready to be rented out.. I asked about another vehicle but they said it was the only mid sized vehicle they had. I stated I was willing to drive a compact or anything else they had, but they did not offer me anything except to only rinse off the car which he agreed was very dirty. Unfortunately because I have no other choice I had to take this vehicle and now use it all this week. I expected better from this company, and was very disappointed as I watched two other people get vehicles that were clearly ready and cleaned up nice.Update: after receiving a quick response on my review here, I sent in all information in the email. Unfortunately I have heard no response. Very disappointed in their customer service, Will update again if I hear anything.Update: local store where I rented called me and offered to swap out the vehicle with another that I accepted. She was very nice and apologetic.

Janesville where we rented the vehicle didn't have the vehicle on the day of our pick up, even after confirming the day before. We had to travel farther to pick up our rental, after an hour delay from our rental time, we were on the road. We were given a discount on the rental and left satisfied. However, I do not know how sure I will be able to confidently rent from Enterprise until the issues are resolved at that location. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue we have had at the Janesville location.

Easy to rent. Solid vehicle. Fully met expectations. Reasonable prices. Staff seem to actually care. Big bonus there!! I still wish they’d keep the floor mats in their vehicles.

The individuals I spoke with, John Diestler and Jack Clough, went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction and addressed all of my inquiries. Having visited several other car rental businesses, this one stood out as the best by far. Keep up the outstanding work!

The team was good. The process was quick.However, the car was filthy inside and out.1) Tons of crumbs in the back seat.2) It looked like some one sneezed on the rear passenger window.(cleaned myself)3) used napkins under the passenger side seat along with a half empty water bottle.4) “sticky” stuff on the center panel (cleaned myself)5) candy wrappers in the drivers foot well6) “chocolate?” On the passengers seat (cleaned myself)7) Used tissue in the driver side door pocket.8) my kid wrote his name in the dirt on the car.Update: Jack from the local Enterprise called. We discussed the problems and he apologized. He asked what he could do to make up for it.Honestly, it was great to hear back from a place and have them care that something bad happened to a customer.Everyone makes mistakes. It’s how they handle those mistakes that matters to me.
