December 14th 2021 I purchased an auto and home policy from Anita. I had explained I had two past claims with Erie and Anita looked on the computer and said I was still eligible so I paid her 1100$.Then 24 hours before my Erie plan was set to expire Jan 1st she called me to tell me they weren't going to insure my home unless I paid another 300$. I asked her why they took my money then and rote up the contract? She told me they never charged the credit card (LIE) Now January 4th I still haven't been paid back for something I paid for but never received! Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I don't like dishonest agents.
