They just updated their pricing system so prices are a bit better and the layout makes it super easy to navigate ive found some great items here

On a recent trip to Goodwill Janesville, employees putting clothes and other desirable goods on shelves were hiding the items in different sections to wait for their shift to end to scurry around and gather the items to purchase.. When you see employees Andre and Kiera, be sure to thank them for taking the items you as a customer want to have a chance to purchase as well..
It's sad when the company mission is to help people and those that they help cut corners and cheat us all. :(

From excellent to absolutely awful! No more color tag sales, actually no sales at all on some days. Taking a lot of the fun out of shopping here. Management should re-evaluate their new terrible pricing policy. If you used to come here and find deals you will be sorely disappointed when you come back! If management is trying to kill off the store they're doing a really good job.

The selection on everything is much better than Delavan's. They had tons of grunge and old school rap cds, and more. I even found Lightscribe CDR stack for a dollar.

$25 for a tshirt is ridiculous at a thrift store. You get free donations. lower your prices.

When to this goodwill today, everything went good until I got to the cash register and the lady looked clearly annoyed and proceeded to tell the other employee next to her how she wants to go home, but every customer keeps coming up to her. I understand lady but you didn’t need to say that in front of me or any customer because that instantly made me feel uncomfortable.

Most of these reviews are beyond accurate! I have to give a big applause to Jenna and Tobi (?)!! The positivity those two carry is absolutely contagious! Jenna was the one who checked me out at the cash registers, and even though I had easily $150 worth of clothing, she was extremely patient and kind. The store is always incredibly clean, though a bit jam packed, and VERY busy, even though it was a THURSDAY. I would highly suggest being prepared for the crowds if you visit...Overall, 5 stars for the STAFF working at this location!!

There is a staff member at the Janesville location that stands out. Toby is always friendly and helpful. I always look forward to being rung up by Toby because it is always a quick yet pleasant experience. I hope Goodwill knows what an asset Toby is to this establishment!
