We just learned a very close friend of ours was denied a Car purchase from here.When a Car is paid in full you are entitled to that car and keys and title. A Cashiers check is Immediate Cash. This Dealer wanted to keep his car for 10-14 days after it was paid for in full, also the delivery charge was paid upfront and still wanted to withhold this Car. A very large well known Bank was involved to.This is not acceptable. This man is a Veteran like me and entitled to be treated with respect and dignity not accused of dishonesty.A Formal Complaint will be made to the Ford Motor Company as there are guidelines a Dealer has to follow being able to Certify a Car to begin with.To all of you who read this and respect Veterans and all fellow Veterans BOYCOTT Gordie Boucher Dealerships.Also the Rules are differant for all locals and people in the State of Wisconsin we learned. The owners have 18-20 Dealerships and the bottom line Clearly is Greed!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP OF DEALESHIPS!The Owner didnt have the Decency to bother to call this Man and show any compassion or humanity to offer a solution to make this work as this wasnt a complicated issue, funds were there, just needed to close the Deal check would have been overnighted and deliver as written on the proposal.Clearly when you own this many Dealerships they lose sight of caring about another human being and showing respect and dignity and hide instead of calling the customer and doing the right thing. Instead of showing that they truly do care!

100% Positive experience! The car we ended up with checked all of our boxes and Anthony was helpful throughout the process. Communication was timely and clear. When I inquired about the car, it was not officially listed with photos. Anthony shot a video and took photos during a snowstorm within minutes of our conversation. Two for two on great experiences with the Gordie Boucher auto group. We dealt with Joe Zipperer and David S (finance) and they were absolutely amazing. It is because of these two that I will drive past the other big name in the auto dealer game in my county to go west into Janesville and continue to do business for both purchasing and service of my vehicles from here on out. Could not be happier with the experience as a whole, no pushy sales gimmicks, no telling me what I needed, just listed to what I wanted and literally found the exact vehicle for me. We met and talked with plenty of people from the staff while we were there and every single one of them was polite and courteous, even on the worst snow day we’d had in years, they were all still in a great mood and more than willing to assist in any way possible. I will recommend Joe Z and the staff at Gordie Boucher to anyone I know looking for a vehicle!

If you were to ask me if I would have bought a car last week I would have laughed. BUT life happened and I hit a deer. Me-0 Deer-1, oh well. With that being said, in a stressful time, Myrick and Phil helped us find a vehicle. Talk about above and beyond, Myrick had answered every question I had, even taking the time out of his day to send us links to the huge inventory at Gordie. With everything said and done, from finding a vehicle what fit our needs, in total we spent 2 hours at the dealership. For those who had bought cars before, you know that’s fast! At the time we bought our SUV, we were unable to drive it home ourselves. Myrick and Phil immediately offered to deliver our car to our home by Duluth MN. Even if it meant delivering it nearly 7 hours away (14 hours round-trip Thank you too the delivery drivers to). Talk about above and beyond service. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly suggest stopping (or calling) Geordie Boucher ford in janesville, Wisconsin. I would also like to add, while researching for the best deal available, the folks over at Gordie were the cheapest by $5,000 (not including Ford rebates). I would also ask whoever monitors the feedback for Gordie Boucher, I would like to nominate Myrick for any potential employee Recognition program if that’s a thing. I am extremely disappointed in the service department and a Dakota specifically about a recent service they did for my family.My disabled brother dropped off his vehicle at our recommendation at the beginning of this month. He's unable to do much past dropping the vehicle off so they were instructed to call my grandmother to go over the repairs and if it was worth our time. A Dakota got on the phone and really sold my 86 year old grandmother good. Told her that the "Car was in great shape for a 2004!" "I would buy this myself!". This car isn't even worth the trash that resides in the passenger seats. My grandmother was told it would be a little over a thousand dollars to get this trash heap back on the icy roads, $4289.66 later and it barely clunked back to the house and I mean that sincerely, as they didn't find the vehicle to be worth a 2 minute car wash to rinse the dirt off the windshield. I'm surprised the service guy could see through the windows on the way to drop this off.Where was the sales department? Where was the service manager?Where were the adults?I am so deeply disappointed, disgusted and ashamed for who ever told our grandmother this thing was worth more than a bon fire.I was in the market for a new business truck and some where else will certainly be getting my business. I'm sure we will probably have to buy my brother some thing else as soon as the wheels fall off this thing, that too will be purchased elsewhere.This place is going downhill fast and brings shady repair shop a whole new name.Disgusting.

Everyone at Gordie Boucher was wonderful to work with. They too care of us very well and we are so grateful for everything especially getting our car to us!!! We are thankful for myrick who found the car that both my fiancé and I love. We are also grateful for the help of the drivers and Phil for making everything happen. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.

Myrick was very helpful in explaining all my options to me and helping me through the buying process. Definitely will think of them for my next vehicle when the time comes. (Hopefully not for a long time though!)

I took my car in to be looked at, they found antifreeze leaking into the engine and it needed replacement. I use this vehicle for work full-time and it's my only car; yet they were asking 50/day for a loaner car.This is unacceptable when the faulty issue was Ford's fault. I had this car for a mere one and a half months before this issue started. The service tech Randy tried to hide behind the fact that this is a licensed dealer and not affiliated directly with Ford, which is all just corpo speak for "I don't want to deal with this and its sombody else's problem."I'm now trying to get my car taken to where I purchased it, since they will give me a loaner car free of charge. Check out Chevy Bergstrom for car folks who actually care about you and will take care of you after your purchase.These people are cold, unsympathetic, and only out for your money. Stay away.

Could not have had a better experience at this store! They helped find the exact truck I was looking for, and Russ Zank was so helpful and patient with me while we explored several options until I found the one. Reilly West in finance was also great, not only did he make paperwork so easy, but he also without me even asking broke down all the contracts so they were easy to understand. Lastly the manager Ted Harris was so helpful with pricing out different options and equipment I wanted added to my truck!

What a joke of a place. Derik for one, told us we would for-sure leave with a car, well we did. A smoked out over priced piece of junk. After 5 times to the shop because it would not stop leaking oil, they told us they would have to diagnose it. Along with keeping the car for weeks on end. They also could not provide a loaner car, which my power train warranty clearly covers. These guys are a bunch of cons. And I hope derik gets fired for lying to our face and screwing us.

We were traveling to Chicago Airport to fly back home. Our truck had some fault codes pop up that needed to be cleared in order to drive over 50 mph. We called and explained our situation. They assured us they could take a look quickly. They waited an hour before even pulling the vehicle in (which is all the time we had to begin with). We asked them to clear the codes so we could at least make it to the airport. All they did was pull a few codes (which they neither fixed, wrote down for us, nor cleared) and charged us 200 bucks. For what?!?! Now we will be missing our flight back home with a baby and scrambling to fork over more money for a hotel and another flight. Money that we don't have. This was supposed to be such a simple fix.

Great experience with, Samantha! She had everything all ready to go as soon as I came in. The car was waiting for the test drive, they expeditiously valued my trade, and financing was done super quick! It was easily the most painless car purchase experience I've ever had. Very happy and highly recommended!
