Overall experience was decent, staff was attentive and helpful. When reviewing the details of the sale, I was told exterior coating protectant was covered in the cost. Wasn’t discussed it was an upgrade and was optional. When I asked and found out it was optional I did not want the package and they already took the car into detail and wouldn’t stop the process and still had to pay for it. Also for a trade in they really weren’t able to give a fair price nor have any flexibility.

We were traveling to Chicago Airport to fly back home. Our truck had some fault codes pop up that needed to be cleared in order to drive over 50 mph. We called and explained our situation. They assured us they could take a look quickly. They waited an hour before even pulling the vehicle in (which is all the time we had to begin with). We asked them to clear the codes so we could at least make it to the airport. All they did was pull a few codes (which they neither fixed, wrote down for us, nor cleared) and charged us 200 bucks. For what?!?! Now we will be missing our flight back home with a baby and scrambling to fork over more money for a hotel and another flight. Money that we don't have. This was supposed to be such a simple fix.

People are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Fantastic facility, open air offices, comfortable. The place is so inviting, welcoming.

I have to credit Eric Schaumacher (I may have misspelled his name) for being absolutely wonderful without being pushy or using tactics. My girlfriend needed a new car but she has significant anxiety towards salesmen and towards a car purchase. Her grandfather died a couple years ago, and he was the guy who would walk her through car buying, and she had a really terrible interaction at another dealer who tried to essentially pressure tactic her into a car. So when she met Eric, she was already tense. He was respectful and kind, answered all of her questions and mine, and he was understanding and graceful about it all. The next time I’m in the market for a new car, I’ll be coming to him.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went in tonight to buy a car, in cash. My partner told Logan that we would be there this evening. We get there a little after 6pm and walk into the showroom, 6-7 guys all hanging around at the front desk and not a single person helped us even after looking at us standing there waiting to be helped and even including the manager. This place is a complete joke. I will make sure I run this dealership through the dirt.

This Mazda dealership shares their showroom and service center with their Ford products. The experience from greeting to cashier was very good, about average or slightly better for what I have experienced in most dealership service experiences, but not a good as the level of care I receive at Luther Mazda north of the Twin Cities, where we have had stellar experiences. My major observation is how dirty and worn out this facility is, if I were to judge it on that alone I would walk away. The service reception and waiting area is cramped and in need of a deep cleaning, the parking lot is riddled with crumbling asphalt and poor drainage. This facility is way overdue for a major overhaul. On the bright side, they are in the process of building a new dedicated Mazda facility that is hopefully worthy of the brand so by this time next year I expect the new facility to improve the experience dramatically. I look forward to my next visit.

Took my car for its 30k service. Because they didn't have a Mazda on duty that day, they only did a tire rotation and oil change. I was pretty disappointed, considering it took me a long time to get the appointment. Ended up taking it to Russ Darrow in Madison to get it done and had to pay again.

No point in talking to a sales person because the little offer sheet and his word mean nothing. Integrity matters to me.

They improperly repaired my tire on my new truck and now I have to buy a new tire. Instead of patching my tire and doing a proper repair they decided to cut corners install a plug instead. Not surprisingly the plug failed and now there is no Ford dealership that will attempt to patch the tire because it had previously been plugged. The service manager was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. I would advise going to another Ford dealership for any work on your vehicle. These folks do not take pride in their work and will not stand by it. Very disappointing to purchase a $100,000 truck and receive service like this.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I worked with Samantha in sales and Phil in financing and agreed on a lease price. I asked for the lease worksheet and lease agreement prior to coming in to pick up the car and the numbers were incorrect and not what we agreed to previously. Management kept denying they had made any mistakes, until we walked them through the numbers. They finally admitted to the mistake and modified the lease agreement, but AGAIN did so incorrectly. Which I still have never received an apology for. They then followed up with an extremely rude email stating that they couldn’t keep me happy even though their financial department completed messed up which would have cost me thousands more than originally agreed upon.Make sure you go over the paperwork in detail before signing anything as the dealership uses deceitful tactics to trick potential customers into paying more.

2 TERRIBLE experiences with Gordie Boucher "Service" Dept.1.) My wife received a quote for tires the representative she spoke to said Gordie Boucher provides a 10% military discount. Their retail prices were higher than the other quotes, but with the military discount they were slightly lower. We scheduled the appointment, had the tires changed and were charged full price. We asked the representative at the desk about the military discount, she went and got a manager (I think) who told us they do not provide a military discount on tires. My wife stated we were told a military discount would apply when she received the tire quote. The manager told us the representative who said that was newer and they will not honor the previously advised military discount on the tires. They made the mistake and we were charged for it. We also had the vehicle detailed and there was some sort of wax or cleaner in the speaker covers. There was nothing positive about our experience with Gordie Boucher.2.) I had already scheduled my car in for an oil change / "The Works" package for a couple days later. I was going to cancel after my previous experience, but needed to get it done now because we were expecting our first born any day. I would do it myself, but I like to get my car checked over since it is under warranty. I figured certified technicians cannot mess up an oil change and vehicle check. I dropped my car off and waited in the lobby. The service advisor came in with the standard service department suggestions, air filter and cabin air filter. After he left I received a notification on my Lincoln Way app : "The 12 volt battery on .... is low. Lincoln recommends contacting your preferred dealer to schedule an appointment." I went to talk with the Service Advisor and asked if the battery check showed anything, he said it was good and there was no concern. I showed him the notification so he went to talk with a mechanic/tech. A couple seconds later he came back and told me it was the key fob battery. I chuckled and asked if he was sure, he said yes. I advised that was a lot of voltage for a key fob, but they were the experts. End result: I have a baby, a recovering wife, and a dead car.

I did a lot of research before deciding on the car I wanted. And talked to 8 different dealers and salesman. I came into Gordie Boucher knowing exactly what car and color I was looking for. I’ve heard all the horror stories dealing w/ salesman and F&I managers. But Ted, Mike, and Philip really made this whole process smooth for me and this was important. To my surprise, Philip even manage to get me a lower interest rate! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in need of a vehicle!

I've bought two vehicles there. Wouldn't have gone back if I wasn't VERY pleased with the first. The Sales Dept. is great and if anything the Service Dept. is even better. Very professional, very competent, and very fast. Thanx, guys!
