Very helpful and always asking if you need assistance. Unfortunately, I've had to make a few trips as I can't fit everything I seem to find that I could someday into 1 cart. They do have a lot of product sold out currently, especially in regards to icon pliers. I could really use a pair of angled side cutters.

Skip this one and go to the Delevan store. They never have what they need and lose orders of stuff. The staff spend more time socializing in the office than helping customers. Delevan staff are nicer.
