Horrendous customer service. Salesman all but refused to grab a set of keys for a car on the lot. Would rather show me the demo model indoors. Nothing but attitude. I asked to speak to their manager and he was equally as helpful . Told them, do I have to show you my credit score to see a car here ? What is this garbage? If your not 150 years old, they act like your a 15 year old at a Lamborghini dealership.

I pulled in to pay for and use the EV charger. Advertised as a public charger operating 24/7 and payment is required. The chargers were completely blocked by parked cars, none of them electric nor charging. Very poor management and/or customer service. If they can’t handle such a simple service they offer I’m not sure I’d buy a car from them.

Friendly and Knowledgeable. Nicole in sales and Josh in financing. Nice and easy experience. Josh had to stay late on Saturday with us to finish the paper work.

Brake job not done right the first time.UPDATE brakes are still not fixed. I went back THREE times to address the issue and I won’t go back a fourth time. To top it off they tried to deny doing the brake job in the first place so they had to search up the vehicles history to confirm. This explains why they have 2 stars on yelp. I also scheduled an oil change one of the times I was there and my car started sounding rough right after. Crazy how they even have 4 stars on Google. Go on yelp!

Just purchased our 2nd car from the dealership. Our experience with Hesser over the years has been excellent. Service has been great. Our sales person Jon Wohlert was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the products and extremely patient in answering all our questions and concerns.

I went in on Sept. 19th to buy a car which Carolyn Jones,Shelton Tripp and Josh Buros were very helpful with the sale of the car I was interested in. I had money for a down payment and traded in my car at the last minute since I didn't have the space for two cars or anyone to drive the old one back. On the day I took delivery of my new car on Sept. 22nd the staff I had seen were helpful. Rosie Ziegler showed me how to use the touch screen to setup the display I wanted and even paired my phone with the Camry. If I could've given more than 5 stars I would have.

This was quite an experience, My Wife and I are looking for a used Prius and saw a 2017 Toyota Prius for sale at Hesser Toyota in Janesville, WI, Took it for a test ride and when we went to check under the hood, Was allegedly disconnected and it was a warm day so we turned on the Air with only hot air coming out so we reported that to the sales team and they said that they'd check it out, We did want the care and the sales sticker noted that the Air was checked and worked, We got a call from them the next day and they said the air is working after a charge. Having knowledge of the workings of how air conditioning works I questioned the sales dept what was wrong and they just said it works now, knowing that you can charge a leaking system and it just won't last, I asked for some type of guarantee that it wouldn't have a problem in the near future, They said it's as is, Even though they checked the window sticker that it was good, So I said how about 3 Months and if it lost charge that they'd repair it, Instead of answering that they'd extend the warrantee they refused to even offer 2 weeks extra, We believe that there's a problem and they just want to sell without protecting the buyer, They actually got very defensive and told us to leave after we said that anyone that could purchase this car should be notified that there may be a problem with that system. We'll be very happy to testify that they know and knew that there may be a defect with the air and believe this is not ethical to sell without repairing and or giving some type of extended warrantee, so if you've purchased this Vehicle and the air conditioning goes out, feel free to call us (414)939.0735 because they're aware of this potential problem! Brought my tundra in for recalls and an oil change. Initial appt. time was 10am. Told him I wanted the recalls done and gave him the VIN. So he said he would make the appointment at 9am so they would have time for the recalls. Then said I better bring it in at 8 am. Of course the recalls weren't done. Told me I would have to bring it back for the recalls. I sat there for 3 hours and got an oil change. From the time it was checked in until long after I left their app for checking progress continues to say Inspection in progress.

I worked with Nicole Sigmund to buy my car. She had the car pulled around for a test drive and answered all my questions before I hit the road for a test drive. Nicole got me all the information I requested on the vehicle including history report and details about the shop inspection. I viewed the car on a Thursday and came back Saturday to take delivery. When I arrived the car was cleaned and full of fuel and paperwork was ready to sign. The whole experience was quick and painless and everyone I worked with was very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

All around terrible service and rude staff. I had previously prepaid for a number of oil changes and tire rotations in advance last summer at a different dealer when Toyota was running a deal. I have used them before at other dealerships and have had no issues. As you would expect I didn’t pay anything at the time of service because I already prepaid as part of the special. This dealership was a different story. I was told that they were not going to honor it fully because “we just don’t do that” even though they said that they could see on their computer that I get free service. This pre paid service according to the dealer I got it at is honored at all Toyota dealers. I only wanted an oil change yesterday. When I picked up my truck they made me pay $23.50 on top of what I had previously paid. I then asked why they didn’t wash my truck when they have several signs in the Service Area saying that they have complimentary washes in house. I was told that they don’t wash cars unless the customer tells them to do it. That has never been the case at any other dealer I have ever been to, Toyota or otherwise. No signs saying that you need to ask either. I then talked to a manger and he refused to help or make any attempt to “make it right”. He was just rude. I got into my truck to go to the gas station next door to the dealership and found that they didn’t even clear my check engine light. When I went to pump the gas I found my gas door was broken and no longer closes because they bent it. Not only can they not get even the basics right but they insult you with their rude comments and behavior then damage your car on top of it all. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Terrible service. Towed my 2006 prius in because of many warning lights and the car eventually went into neutral while driving and would not shift into other gears. They couldn't look at my car for a week after it was brought in and took them another week to resolve the issue, which they claimed was with the 12 volt battery that they charged $300 for. I hadn't even had my car back for 20 minutes before the check engine light came back on along with other warning lights. They refused to take my car back in immediately and said i would have to pay another $100 diagnosis fee and wait another week. ultimately i paid $400 for them to create more issues.
