1 star is too generous. This company is a joke. They screw up loads, create extra work, and then refuse to pay for it. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and terrible communication. They only care until the job is done, after that, good luck getting compensated. Avoid at all costs

This company didn’t pay the carrier who hauled the shipment so I had to pay the carrier. So I paid twice for the same shipment. Be very careful working with them. I don’t recommend
