Dave the manager was very accommodating answering questions over email. Set me up with Elvis and he was fabulous with explaining everything about transaction and the car its self. Finance manager super and explained all financials very well. They got me a good deal and I’m very happy. I would recommend this dealership and I will be back. Ty

I made two service appointments to have a tow hitch installed on my vehicle and both were a waste of time.This dealership did not know until the morning of the first appointment that the part was recalled, even though I made the appointment more than a week in advance. I was told at the first appointment that I would need to reschedule and that the correct part was going to be about $150 more expensive.When I made the second appointment, I was told the work would take about two hours to compete. I did not receive any update on the work for more than 4 hours and when I called to check, I was told that the tech was on lunch. Over an hour later I received a call back and was told that the part that was ordered (for the second time) was incompatible with my vehicle. It seems like this is something the dealership should have known prior to ordering the part, considering this is a genuine Kia dealer who has my VIN on file.Also, during the time I was checking my vehicle in I witnessed an argument between two staff members, in front of another customer waiting to be shuttled, about who was available to shuttle that customer. Awkward.When I returned to pick up my vehicle there was no attempt by any staff member to correct the situation. I asked if anything could be done and the person I spoke with told me he would have his manager call me because he was on lunch. I never did receive a call from any manager.I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience, because there was no attempt to make it right and communication in regards to the issue was very poor.

We purchased a previously owned Genesis luxury car from Janesville Kia more than a month ago. They failed to tell us there was only one "beat up" key fob prior to closing on the sale and then refused to help us with the cost of another key. They also failed to register the car for a title with their dealer and now we own a car that is still titled to someone else. We cannot get a new key or have any service done on a car that is not currently titled to us! They are currently working to get things up to date and get the titling straight, however what a horrible way to do business! Buyers beware!

Janesville KIA is the best in the area, the other 3 I have called had a month waiting list. But not KIA in Janesville, they had some same day and some in a few days. They were very quick and friendly. They even through in a free cash wash. BONUS!!!

In my previous review I was very happy with my purchase. However, as you can see on the inside of the vehicle photo which was taken the day that I bought the vehicle…. There is a warning light on. I had been at the dealership from 10am until 7:30pm. By the time I had noticed this light the dealership was closing. Furthermore, we closed the sale. I thought it was a simple sensor issue that could be easily fixed. That is not the case. I bought the vehicle on February 9th and immediately let the service manager know what was happening. I have not received any good communication and it is now April. I am literally about to cry because I just want this to be resolved. It is a check blind spot collision warning light that is on. According to Hyundai there is some collision damage. So basically Janesville Kia sold me a car that had damage which is now affecting my safety system of the vehicle. I am extremely exhausted because I’m constantly calling everyone trying to fix this and no one seems like they really want to help. The car is beautiful, but just not worth the pain and suffering I am having to deal with.

Daniella LuQ'ue deserves all the stars and the moon for how she helped me this week!She helped me find the perfect Kia and made the financing process easy even when I had a billion questions, she made me feel heard and was extremely knowledgeable.
