I wouldn’t recommend this daycare.
Yes we moved, but my son doesn’t act the way he does when he goes to daycare anywhere. Even preschool he never acted the way he does, He’s been to a few daycares and including almost strangers watching him with out crying the way he does at this daycare. He will death grip my leg screaming for me not to go. He cries all day there and I pick him up to his eyes blotched out red and puffy because he’s been crying ALL day for my son to tell me they tell him to “stop crying” with out giving sympathy or even “it’s okay”. It’s just a “stop crying” rudely. I call and they barely take concern to have one of the managers sit in the room, so of course everyone will act right because a manager is in the room watching. Maybe have cameras so you can look back at everything. Kids don’t lie about something like that. My son is very smart and can tell what is what.
They are plain rude.
They choose favorites.
They don’t take concerns at all.
Even though I gave them a noticed my son will be out of daycare to a change quick that he won’t be in daycare period, they are still charging us up to August plus a new registration fee.
They are refusing to give us the policy notice to look over because I know this wasn’t in their policy to still pay. We have yet to receive another one to look over again just incase if I missed something, and even if I did I still will not pay due to everything.
I just wouldn’t recommend this daycare at all. I’ve never meet a daycare like this before. My son loves everyone. He says hi to everyone….
I promise you, there is a reason if your child is crying like this. If they treat you like this, they will treat your child like this as well.
This isn’t a false review ether. This is very much so true.
I’m a mother who just moved to a different state and this daycare fully failed us. We have family and friends here so it’s not the move. It is this daycare.
Never again and I would not recommend this daycare if I was on my death bed.
That should tell you something.
Believe your child. Believe what your gut is telling you. Because it is very much true and for how expensive this daycare is, it’s not worth it. I never give out reviews, but this one is much needed to save another parents time.

Be careful with this daycare we were told for 7 months that we had a spot set for us come August after being on the list for a year! Only to find out we can't start till January! Also we were told at first they didn't expect advance payment then when it comes down to it they tell us that someone else paid in advance... umm I thought that wasn't an option..? Anyway if you try to get in here make sure you have a very reliable back up plan.

Teachers and staff were amazing! They truely care for each child, recognizing their strenghts and needs. They are very responsive and keep families well informed. We always felt we were leaving our grandson in good hands. We only left due to relocation, I would recommend this daycare to everyone!

We absolutely LOVE this Kindercare!! Julie is a fantastic Director, and our son has loved all of his teachers there. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!

My son is in the two room and he absolutely is thriving there! We absolutely love all the staff there. My son joined at the beginning of the year and we have never found a better daycare!

As a previous employee and current parent at this center, I can say I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take better care of my baby. Each age level has its own classroom fully equipped with fun and educational materials for the kids, along with fantastic teachers. Staff has always worked with me to make sure my family is supported and taken care of. A real family atmosphere ?

Both of our kiddos go to this daycare and from day one we loved it. The staff is amazing and very responsive. They do awesome at sending updates on the app and seem to truly care and love our kids. We feel comfortable taking our little ones to this daycare and our oldest is always so eager to go to daycare which says a lot about the care they provide.

KinderCare Janesville came as a recommendation from a coworker, and my family couldn’t be happier. We absolutely love the infant room teachers. The staff is incredibly caring, the center is clean and organized, and they provide the children with wonderful enrichment activities.

The teachers at this center really care! My daughter has been going to kindercare for two years now and did the 4/5 year old room along with p4j and now the school age room! It is a lifesaver during the school year for them to be able to bus her back to daycare for me while I work past school hours. Anytime there has been any issue it has been addressed quickly and efficiently. You can tell when talking with the teachers they really have the compassion to care for the kids!

I am a foster parent and have used Kindercare for our placements for over 10 years. I have had 15 children in all of tue classrooms. The teachers and staff are kind, caring and nurturing. All of my kids have grown emotionally and intellectually while attending Kindercare. I highly recommend Kindercare. It is more than just a daycare. It is a fantastic place.

I had four children who went to p4j at kindercare and they absolutely loved it in Ms. Latrice's class! They always looked forward to coming to school! They would always get a warm nice greeting from Ms. Latrice! I knew my children were safe and in good hands! You can tell she cares about the kids in her class and passionate about teaching!
