A terrific overall experience. Josh was our salesperson. He was nothing short of professional, polite and completely respectful. Terrible on every level. I called them to pick up my simplicity lawnmower because it was leaking oil on my garage floor. They picked it up “repaired and serviced” it. Then billed me over $500. They dropped it back off, a few days later I noticed oil on the floor again so I called them up, they told me that’s just residual oil leaking from the oil filter and not to worry about it. I took them for their word. After a couple more mows later the engine seized up and the mower is now trash. Johnson tractor very rudely told me it’s my fault and there’s nothing they can do. If you’re in the market for a new mower or lawn tractor go to Menards or Home Depot.

We have had many good experiences with Johnson Tractor in Janesville. Kathryn in sales made sure everything was fixed on our used tractor we recently purchased, Matt and Riley in the service department stayed on top of getting the repairs turned around in a timely fashion and Danner and Matt in service did a great job getting everything fixed and ready to go!
