Hmm, this is most recent, I literally today, went and came to go to metro PC in Janesville, GPS took me there but GPS isn't updated, letting me know that metro PC actually closed down in Janesville, and the only location now is in Madison and some other city.

Again here we are says open at 10am lights are on but door locked an nobody around. Honestly the worst. To bad they couldn't keep the one employee that always seemed to be there an about the customers. Ridiculous to go through this nonsense again.
Would be nice if they would be in the store when they claim to be open. An when you call another store that's run by the same person, shown a little more respect on a phone then what I was just given. Make an effort to reach out an find out if there's a huge matter. Don't sit there an say "well I don't know" Poor customer service!!

Store says they are open from 12-5 on Sundays, I've literally been waiting outside for over an hour and no one is here nor answering the phone, I drove 30 miles to get a new phone from them and apparently wasted my time

From out of state, recently came in for a new phone because of broken screen. Jacob assisted me in getting a new phone and continuing my service. Metro did not send me a survey for the interaction so the least I can do is provide a review. He was fun to interact with, extremely knowledgeable and quick at his job. Thank you for the 5star service sir.

Just don't! They lied about what they were telling me in the store thst my phone was 400! Tricked me and said too bad it was 799.00! Never again. Don't get scammed like I did. They are huge liers and scammers. Nightmare. Wish I would have never gotten involved with them. Nice thing to do to a cancer patient

We had a really rough start to our experience with Metro by T-Mobile. We purchased our phones and plan in a different town but live in Janesville. I took our phones to the janesville store where I met Jacob. He was amazing from the minute I walked in. Both of our phones work now and I can't thank Jacob enough. Sorry it took so long to write your review but I would like to thank you for setting us up right and allowing us to finally communicate with the world again!

This place is always so helpful and accommodating. Their prices and selection are great. Not to mention, top notch sales team. Most notably, Jacob. He has knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely friendly. Will happily continue working with Metro as my service provider.
