From out of state, recently came in for a new phone because of broken screen. Jacob assisted me in getting a new phone and continuing my service. Metro did not send me a survey for the interaction so the least I can do is provide a review. He was fun to interact with, extremely knowledgeable and quick at his job. Thank you for the 5star service sir.

Just don't! They lied about what they were telling me in the store thst my phone was 400! Tricked me and said too bad it was 799.00! Never again. Don't get scammed like I did. They are huge liers and scammers. Nightmare. Wish I would have never gotten involved with them. Nice thing to do to a cancer patient

We had a really rough start to our experience with Metro by T-Mobile. We purchased our phones and plan in a different town but live in Janesville. I took our phones to the janesville store where I met Jacob. He was amazing from the minute I walked in. Both of our phones work now and I can't thank Jacob enough. Sorry it took so long to write your review but I would like to thank you for setting us up right and allowing us to finally communicate with the world again!

This place is always so helpful and accommodating. Their prices and selection are great. Not to mention, top notch sales team. Most notably, Jacob. He has knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely friendly. Will happily continue working with Metro as my service provider.

Been sitting in this parking lot for 30 minutes and they are not open. Sign says 10AM and its 10:39. I am at the Metro on Milton Ave. Would be nice if there was a sign on the door that they would be opening a little later. Really unprofessional and frustrated with my service and customer care.
