The store is well organized but the manager/cashier is the reason we won't go back. On several occasions he's been rude to us but we've also experienced watching him treat other customers like children. Just a mean spirited man and definitely shouldn't be working a customer service position.

i was here on 1-1-25 and my friend was checking out and the cashier was rude and snatched the card out of his hand just cause he swiped it the wrong way and checked the 5$ bill 4 different ways and was just rude and impatient with him please do better on your customer service please
this is not the first time he’s been rude to my friends and including me(the old guy wearing the piano scarf)

When I was at salvation at Saturday and when I put in my card early it charged me 26 dollars. Asked the manager to help me about the additional charge and told me to come back at Monday if they don’t refund me. I came back at Monday about how they didn’t refund me and they helped me out and gave me store credit from the amount that charged me last time. great staff and great store management will come here again.

Really good finds and a big store! Only thing I found ridiculous was some of the prices, I understand it’s a nonprofit but you get the clothes for free

I agree that the manager is not a people person. She definitely needs to go. She thinks she the answer to success but the company won't do anything about it. They're making money. It's to bad cause there are some good people that work there.

Purses and jewelry are overpriced. Occasionally a good find here. A lot of older clothing from the 80s and 90s.
The staff are really nice though. They always seem hard at work.
