Jenny Hallett is a very hard-working, and ambitious realtor. We have used her a couple of times now and I will always rely on her in the future. She helped us to sell my mothers home and was there with us every step of the way. She’s very patient and kind, and will help guide you through all of the steps along the way. This was my first experience selling a house and she made the process go so smoothly! A couple of years later, when I decided I wanted to purchase my first home, I knew Jenny would be a great choice for me. I had some particular needs in my search and she took those into account and ran with it. Jenny researched homes previously sold with the criteria I needed and sent out letters to 200 possibilities with handwritten envelopes. We got the response we needed, in a crazy market, and I successfully found the home of my dreams . If you need a very dedicated realtor that will go the extra mile, don’t look any further! We have found our forever home through Jenny Hallet at Shorewest Realtors in Janesville. Jenny was incredibly helpful and patient with our search, an effective professional negotiator and helped even the tallest order we asked for come through. We found a large home in a very safe area for under 120k in the middle of low inventory market. It’s almost unheard of - and yet Jenny helped us make our dreams come true with our home.Where we just a short time ago feared the gangs - and that fear has now been eradicated after finding our affordable home in a beautiful community.Dreams do come true, at least with houses!
