After 5 years of business I closed all 5 accounts, due to poor customer service, constant account glitches and the website crashes every other week... Keep scrolling everyone!

Never been more disappointed in a financial institution in my life. Horrible to work with. Don't even bother to try to call, it's pointless. Can't even set up automatic payments for loans from another institution of the amount changes. App and online are very limited. Bottom line if you don't bank here don't get a loan from them.

Not a good financial institution. Horrible at financial planning, performance, management and all things LLC related. If you are looking to start a business, grow your financial portfolio or retire, stay away from this institution at all costs. Otherwise don’t say I didn’t warn you wait and see.

Have been a member for over 20 years have multiple accounts, including a new auto loan we just took got last week. They have a knowledgeable, friendly staff, Jess is super! You will be welcomed always and treated well.

The BEST Recently moved all of my money out of another institution into SUMMIT. I believe they treat women as equals when it comes to lending and all money matters. I also Love their Personal . I am always treated as if I am the only person there and never feel rushed or like I'm just a number. I highly recommend dealing with Summit

Customer service in this place is a JOKE. Used to be good but the last six months not good at all. Takes three days of calling non-stop before they pick up. The only one bank teller they have doesn’t know how to do her job. I went to take out 100$ of my account she gave me the receipt with no money saying it was insufficient funds when it clearly said on the receipt she handed me to withdraw 100 dollar from my account i was never handed money because no one from the office’s would come review the receipt. The 100 did go back on my account but i still haven't had a debit card for weeks.

I have a hard time logging into this system. I keep having to redo my password. You can never get anybody on the phone. And when you walk in to talk to a person they can't really help you they want you to use that automated teller which I do not like. I think the people in there are lazy. Whether it's the Madison branches or the Janesville branch. Would not recommend this to anybody look elsewhere.

I'd give Summit a 5-star rating except that I've only been a customer for a few years. Summit was recommended by one of my kids in Madison who keeps money there and also has a mortgage with Summit. She was right. So far I am very pleased with Summit. The people there are friendly, and you can also do a lot online because they have an awesome website.I recently nailed some good (well, for nowadays) CD rates there and am slowly moving money over from another bank in town that's still paying tiny fractions of a percent in interest. You can check out Summit's rates on their website. Highly recommended.

I used to love summit, the lines were short and it made for a quick trip to the bank. Now no matter what it is a minimum 20 minute ordeal just to manage my accounts. They have digital teller stations in the drive thru rather than an actual person. I have never waited any less than 5 minutes for a teller to be available. Very inconvenient and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

New video teller system is horrendous. Waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for service that also takes too long. With in-person tellers we were allways in and out in less than 3 minutes.

I’m moving my money out of here! Susie in the Wire Transfer department treated me like a child who can’t make her own decisions as to how to spend MY money. Absolutely unacceptable meddling in my business decisions on your part Summit. We’ve been customers for many years but the fact that one person can have the ultimate say in a decision that is mine to make is bull! This is enough to move all my accounts and loans out of there.

the online tellers never work or are extremely slow and the inside is not much better. it's just a huge waste of my time, wouldn't recommend to anyone. run!
