Raised prices without warning.. had to move all my kids stuff out quickly to avoid paying inflated prices .. not good business practices.. IMO..

This place really is the best. Nice area, clean, no bugs or water in our units we had for over 12 months. The inside light was very convenient. Jane is awesome to work with and has easy payment options. Strongly recommend this place!

Just recently rented a unit and I managed to trip the breaker and lost power. The overload was my own fault and it being Sunday I wasn't sure what the wait time might be to get the power back on.I left a message with Summit and ran back home quick. I got back to my unit less than 30 mins later and a couple nice gentlemen were already fixing the breaker and double checked with me that everything was working again.Jane from Summit sent me a text apologizing for the inconvenience, but honestly I couldn't be happier with the quick response. Five stars for sure!

Best storage facility we have ever had. Moved across country and needed storage until we moved into our home. They were always understanding when we had a few hiccups with the closing date changing! Don't need storage now but if we ever do we will absolutely come back. Clean units and never had any water get in.

Great to work with from start to finish! Jane was so friendly and quick to respond to messages which I appreciate! Rented from Summit for 6 months. They offer auto pay which is easy. Unit had a light, very clean, no smell, no bugs even with all the rain we had this winter we had no water issues in our unit. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need storage.
