Down hill… terrible customer service. not honoring offers, labeled prices, and coupons, every excuse in the book. Labelled peg or shelf no longer matters. If they had any real competition they’d be dying like all the other Targets.

horrible company. go ahead and take an extra 25% on my already expensive order for same day delivery and then say it will show up hours later only for it not to and never receive an email or notice that its not coming. oh and then when you want your money back because they cant reach said team after hours or cant even tell you that they will get my items to me in the morning, instead there not authorized to. highway robbery at corporate level. I didn't pay money for a headache and to baby sit a company that's supposed to be doing its job

Such a pathetic men’s and boys clothing section. It’s very disappointing. Lots of other stuff to spend your paycheck on though. So there’s that. Target please do better with the men’s/boys clothes. It’s kind of sad

I couldn't get a freaking dino squishmallow. I had to ask 4 times for the manager. And then the manager said that I could get a frickin free sub at Subway, and they didn't even have a subway. Then the manager kicked me out because I yelled at him, and said thats why he works at target.

Workers are rude and could care less if a customer needs assistance. Needed help finding something, so I see this old lady with short hair, I say "hello" she takes 30 secs to say "do you need something?" While I'm standing there with my 9mo old baby thinking, why is this lady ignoring me the first few seconds. The way she responds, though, was rude, too. Could have been like, "Sorry about that, how can I help you"
