“Had my poor older Mercedes go here twice because of other idiots hiting me. One time it was for the rear bumper and they did a flawless job on it with a different rear end and never had problems with it. Then, the second time the car got hit this time it was frame damage so they had to total it and I had it towed there which they were chill about the whole insurance BS going back and forth and were able to let me get other remaining stuff in the car I forgot about and let me take the plates. But, one weird thing is that the plates on the Mercedes had a '26 reg sticker before I took the car here. Then when I got the plates at home I realized it was missing the reg stickers. So I'm not sure if someone stole the stickers or what happened with that, but it's inconvenient because I planned to use those plates for another car. But overall, I would definitely go here again.”

My car stopped running at a busy intersection and everyone was getting frustrated with me but it was out of my power and led to me becoming a hot mess, he came and was so sweet. He got there within 30 minutes (driving way across town), gave me a ride back to my house (with my car lol) and was literally so kind and made riding with a stranger far from awkward. Engine just died at 70mph on I90. I rolled to a stop on the interstate, just outside of Janesville. One call solved towing, paperwork was ready when I arrived, out the door with cash I went. Yesterday my air bags on my trailer weren't inflating at all and their very experienced mechanic knew exactly what to fix and he fixed it quickly which enabled me to deliver this load on time today up here in Minnesota and I still can do my next scheduled loads. Their prices are fair. The workers were all very friendly. The shop was clean and very well organized. The yard is big enough to send even an inexperienced driver here if necessary. I highly recommend using this place for all of your truck and trailer repairs.”

“I am the designated go to for my single parent granddaughter for things. Her 2 year old son rides in the car seat. The recent weather caused her driver side window to fail and stay open. The cold temp made it unsafe to drive. I took it to City Car Star early afternoon Thursday Dec 4 , got an estimate, and an appointment for Friday Dec 5 at 8 am. Picked it up about 1pm Friday. Delivered it to my Granddaughter and I am a hero. The price was surprisingly low. Owner Mike Buggs and his people are truly exceptional service people and with old fashioned kindness with service being important. I am a customer forever and my Great Grandsons’s face won’t freeze.”
