“I did the check in by phone option and it was very easy to follow. It is tedious, and does take some time. You do have to take pictures upload your driver's license, things like that. When you drop it off you have the option to take pictures again if you want to to prove that you did not do any new damage to the truck if there was some to begin with. I would most definitely rent from this location again. Give yourself some extra time before or after pick up to go through the vintage shop. Out of all the rental services I have used in the past this by far has been the easiest.”

“No one in the truck business likes working on big motorhomes, but when my coach developed a DEF issue that would have immobilized me, Lakeside International came to the rescue.
When it became a warranty issue, they worked with the manufacturer and resolved it quickly.
Before they did any work, they placed protective plastic over the seats and floor and kept everything clean and neat (Ivory Leather – what mechanic wants to see that?!).
While waiting for payment from the manufacturer, they kept it plugged in, in a secure location.
I spent many years in the automotive repair business and can tell you, Lakeside International in Janesville stands head and shoulders above the average repair shop. They are true professionals! They squeezed me into what was already a tight schedule, got my coach repaired promptly, and handled everything perfectly. I don’t know what more anyone could ask for.”
