Craig J is a rockstar with customer service. Needed a last minute utility trailer for a home project. Left with one less than 15 mins after showing up (no reservation) and great communication throughout.Please give this man a raise or a bonus. Working retail is tough. He deserves it!

They love double booking their trucks. Had a truck booked for 31st and 1st and i was gonna be paying $350 extra if i returned the truck any later than 11:15 am lol. Id rather just load up my car than deal with these people.

Big shout out to Karen for helping me. I haven’t rented in awhile but she made the whole process simple. I went out to my truck realizing it’s too small she got me in a bigger one in 2 minutes with no time wasted. When I brought the truck back she was right there waiting. She even helped a customer while the computer was loading for me so great at multi tasking. I can tell she appreciated her job. Kudos!

To be honest the staff and general manager were rude. As if moving isn’t stressful enough as it is. His attitude sucked & they were less than helpful. They forgot to give me the dolly’s so I had to turn around & go back to get them. Whole experience was a pain.

Never received a partial refund for being under miles or recieving the truck with less gas than recorded at pickup. Was explicitly told by the employee that I'd receive a reimbursement on my credit card a week later.I received the truck with 5/8 of a tank and on the paperwork said it needed to be up to 7/8 of a tank. I never received a credit for the 10 extra gallons i put in.The rental was for 250 miles, i used it 180. I didnt get a dollar back per mile i was under.Rental cost me 580 for two days and kept getting called to return the truck early. I needed the truck for for 5 hours, not 48. It felt like a con. Id be very careful renting from uhaul in the future.

Scheduled a trailer hitch install paid ahead time and waited a few weeks. less then 24 hrs before install I get a call canceling the install with no valid reason other they the guy won't be there. I took vacation day off work to make this appointment. I wasn't offer nothing not even a apology. Side not it's a joke trying get ahold human on phone calling location.

If I could give this place Zero I would! Rented a 1 way U Haul over a week ago and was told the day before pick up would be in Waukesha...more than 120 mile round trip....use any other service if you can besides U Haul. Only reimburse is a free 60 miles and a 25 gas card...that does not cover the inconvenience and cost of time and gas....

The staff at this UHaul location were super helpful! We had an issue with the wiring connection for a trailer that was installed from another location, and they fixed the problem for us mid road trip. We called in advance and they were able to switch out the part and reinstall it within 20 minutes. They were polite, helpful, and made us feel confident driving a U-Haul. Thank you again!

This place gets really swarming in the warmer months as moving season is in full swing. That being said, I've used this company a few times and never had a bad experience. Even though they are short staffed (and are hiring at the moment if you're looking) they always manage to get me through in a timely matter. I've never had an issue with being overcharged or their equipment failing. Definitely recommend this place for the long or short haul!

Terrible terrible experience. Everytime I use this place. I don’t get the point of setting a reservation. Just because you set an appointment doesn’t mean they’ll have your equipment. It just means they see you want to rent the equipment. They don’t let you know theirs none available until you actually get there ready to pick it up. I use this company very often and it’s sad to see how downhill this place has gone . They give all uhaul a bad name. If I was you I’d save yourself not only the time and gas but also the hassle. Go somewhere else

We've had to use them 5-6 times now because they are the largest Uhaul around, but they are consistently incompetent.

The larger lazier lady kept telling me she was going to fall asleep while she was helping me, tried scamming me out of the checkout fee saying I was unable to do it at 5 when I was told I could self check out until 9 stay away from this one guy's or you might have extra charges on your card

Reasonable prices. Good customer service. A little improvement on the waiting area would be nice but its survivable.I will do business with them again.
