They refused to even look at my laptop. saying it's too old. I needed a C-mos battery. They said when they put it back together the parts wouldn't fit right again.

I spent over an hour on the phone with paypal.they sent me to my provider who sent me to fixing! Took the tech about 1 min to set my new email and attach to PayPal. That is service and wouldn't charge nothing. Unreal !!!!!

Really friendly and knowledgeable at the Janesville location! They gave me the option of a brand name fix or a third party fix for a much more manageable price. Fixed a broken screen same day. Easy to get ahold of with questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Excellent place. I went in to clean out the charging port on my phone and he said he would do it for free because it’s a simple fix. Phone charges great now.

Very nice workers, But when I brought in my vr CONTROLLER to get fixed for a grip pad they told me I didn't need my vr for it. Then told me I did. Very back and forth. (Edit, They solved it and we're very helpful and nice about the situation. Apologized and let me pick it up )

So I wanted to get my battery replaced. I went here & they quoted me at a price, ordered the new battery & told me it would arrive in a few days. I stop by a few days later, drop off my device. They tell me it’ll be 1-2 days before it’s done.I get a call the following day, that the battery they ordered was defective. I tell them to order the another battery - hopefully this one wont have issues.I wait a week, still haven’t heard anything. I call them & they tell me the second battery they ordered is defective. I question them, telling them to order from a different manufacturer so they don’t have this issue again, and the clerk informs me that the first battery was actually the wrong battery & the person helping me ordered the wrong one, and the second one was the correct battwry - it was just defective.So they lied to me regarding what was actually happening. We’re going on 2 weeks since I’ve dropped off my computer & I still don’t have the issue resolved. They told me they ordered another battery, and it’ll arrive in a few days but I think I’m done with this company. I’d suggest everyone else save their time & money and look elsewhere for their electronic repairs. This place is a joke.

Even though my device was deemed unfixable, the technician was super helpful on advising us of the next steps and making sure we were taking care of with knowledge in the process.

Great service brought two phones to them. Brought them an old phone I dropped in the snow like 8 months ago that wouldn’t work. They where able to get it working in 20 minutes! Highly recommend ubreakifix!

Having someone come to my home was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, the service at the shop on Mineral Pt Rd was not as good. 48-72 hour wait once dropping off my phone was just unacceptable.

3rd time I’ve used them for cell phone repairs. Today I dealt with two very nice employees. I didn’t get the first guys name, but Damian (from Milwaukee area stores) was awesome.

Janesville, WI -First, I took my oldest daughter's old phone with the blown battery in to get stuff off for her new phone. It took a couple days, like they told me. Then i took her new phone in to do the info transfer & only some of the data transferred over. Not tgeir fault, as some things might have not been compatible. After that was done, a few days later, I just decided to take the old phone in to get the battery replaced. That was a quick few hours even though they told me 24 hours.(** please note that when you work on something, problems might arise or something happens. Maybe the tech is asked a lot of questions by the people checking in customers items. The time frame is a guesstimate. It might take a little time, or it might take longer. **)They also work on other electronics as well & plan on taking other electronics in to get fixed. ? I'm so happy I found a place I feel comfortable taking my things in & they are reasonably priced.
