As a business owner it is VERY worrisome to be told over the phone they DON'T scan envelopes with tracking. WHY DID I PAY FOR TRACING IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO DO YOU FRICKIN JOB. YOU'VE ALSO LOST 2 OTHER PACKAGES. Just go to the Milton one to be honest

The driver didn't even attempt to deliver a package in his hand. Have video proof. Walked up and left a notice on door without even knocking. Very mad

This business is incompetent, and quite frankly, makes me nervous that they work with people’s personal information. If they cannot deliver mail on time, give out peoples packages to them at the post office, even though they have their tracking number and IDs and quite frankly, I feel like everyone inside this business should be fired immediately. How are you going to tell me that my package is coming at 11:45 AM and then it gets bumped down to 5:05 PM to the point where 505 comes around. My package is not fair. Noah won’t answer the phone and for some reason you can’t tell me when my package will arrive.

There's this lady at the front that is always so mean and passive aggressive towards me. I don't get it. I follow the rules and I am quiet. I'm def going to call someone about this because it's getting ridiculous!

The lady up front dident catch her name but it's the 25th at like 5:20 I told the lady I need to pick up my package early and gave her my I'd and she couldn't find it so I gave her the tracking number and she said she was gonna give it to the supervisor and she came back with the I don't care face and said it will be delivered tomorrow like I diden know that, did I ask??? when it was gonna be delivered I asked if I could get my package and I have proof it was there..you guy sould fix and tell her about communication.. and make it easier to pick up packages beacuse all that for nothing on my end

Wish they'd hire carriers that knew how to do there job. Rarely does my outgoing mail get picked up despite a large sign with a big red arrow pointing at it.
