Highly incompetent and extremely slow, but +1 star for actually carrying some meds other places don't. Avoid if possible though.

Walgreens is the worst for customer service. Always has a excuse for everything you call about. The Store on Kettering street has alot of excuses for any prescriptions that you are trying to get. Had two problems in the last month. The staff aren't very friendly and they are not very professional.

The lady at the window was unbelievably rude. Everything she said was extremely condescending and disrespectful. She acted as if I was a reincarnated version of the devil. I see a lot of reviews saying it was \\\"slow\\\". Honestly, It was very slow, but it's a pharmacy, so that is completely understandable and definitely not the issue. On another note, the pharmacist was incredibly nice and understanding. Overall, I would NOT come to this pharmacy unless your child was stabbed in the chest, bleeding out, and this was your only chance of survival. If possible, go to the one on Center Ave. It's 110% better.

Long waits horrible customer service and constantly out of medication and try to get you to buy something over the counter and higher prices than most other pharmacies

Nasty slow long lines. 30 minutes to get to the register. Perhaps more consolidation of local pharmacy’s will help.

Pharmacy lines take way too long and computer records are not accurate.

I have a dog that needs a prescription. First 2x they charged me $90.00 3rd time $27.ish. Every time I they said they don't have her prescription. I put my vet on the phone and they denied that they spoke to my vet, they always called immediately and documented the call. I'm so tired of Walgreens, and this is not a Covid thing, they have been like this for several years! Wish they could hire at least 2 people to get the job done!!!

Worst service ever. Called after my son got out of the emergency room and was told give them 20 minutes and it’d be ready was so happy then could get my son home to bed. Nope get there and the lady in the pharmacy asked for his name over and over again as I spelt it out. Then told me to come back in an hour explained I just talked to someone over the phone and said it’d be ready (all you do for this Medication is mix it up I use to work there). She repeatedly then told me the cops would be called in I didn’t leave the drive thru and that when I talked to someone on the phone prior it was a call center which I work at a call center and use to work there so I know that’s not the case. Left called Walgreens on court st where I’ll he going for now confirmed it was someone at the store on the phone and was able to get in and out of walgreens and my baby home.

Worst service ever for the pharmacy the pharmacist & the people working the counter in drive through are rude don’t know what they are doing waited an hour in line for the girl to do 3 cars ahead of me to get up there and can’t do anything because of the system being down remind you the line is out to Milton ave smh. They are beyond ridiculous it’s always a hassle & always an issue. They need to get some friendly people that are good with the public every time I go there the wait time is beyond ridiculous & they are beyond rude and don’t care. WORST customer service.

This location is a train wreck, especially the pharmacy. Lines inside and outside are absolutely horrendous all the time. The staff seems to be getting slower.

Almost a combined hour wait before receiving prescription on this date.On another date it was 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Is that an acceptable time to wait? Especially when you have to visit multiple times a month. This isn't an irregularity or occasional occurrence.
