I have been using this Walgreens ever since it opened. Quality of service has been in steady decline for a couple of years. Way more attitude lately.

The Center Ave Walgreens doesn't enforce the wearing of masks. That failure endangers the health and lives of customers, to say nothing of the employees. I won't shop there again because I won't trust my health or my life to be exposed to Covid19 there.

So much stress! Just use CVS photo department and do not fall for the satisfaction guarantee promises on your photos here at Walgreens!My same day pick up canvases are very poor quality and were thrown together with no attention to detail! The black side wrap is showing around the front of the pictures and the hangers keep falling off the back resulting in them falling to the floor and being damaged.When I took them in to be redone the staff left them sit there with excuses that I had to talk to the store manager. The store manager is only there during the week until 5pm and that is if he does not leave earlier for whatever reason. Between staff not doing what needs to be done and waiting to communicate with the manager my canvases have sat there for weeks.This is the second instance this year alone that this has happened so I decided to return them. The first instance I had to settle for them just putting new photos in my floating frames that I am still not happy with instead of replacing them with the color and pictures I wanted or refunding my money!Now I am being told I have to take the almost hundred dollars I paid for these canvases back in store credit because it is past 30 days! It wouldn't be past 30 days if this just would have been taken care of instead of sitting there for weeks! I have tried to go into the store and I have found it impossible. The times that only 1 person has been working up front having to work photo and as the only cashier! Or going in to meet with the manager or assistant manager for them not to be there (or "no longer with the company"). Calling and employees not even knowing where my stuff is?No communication between employees or employees and store manager! Huge lesson learned! I should have just demanded my money back to my credit card the minute I realized that these were not good quality products!Now I am stuck and time continues to add up from the purchase date as I planned to go into the store today or tomorrow and meet with the manager and , yet again, I can not get this dealt with. Just found out (only because I called to double check he would be there after all the other issues with no one being there when they were supposed to be) that he is sick (which I do understand) and is going home today and won't be in tomorrow. There should be someone besides this 1 manager that can resolve this issue and it should not have to be restricted to when this 1 person works which is only during the week and before 5pm when I can not get to the store! How many people work or have other obligations that they can not deal with things during these hours?Lesson learned I will no longer be using Walgreens Photo and am starting to move all my prescriptions (which there are several that my insurance and myself pay a rather large amount for monthly) to another pharmacy!I need to be able to count on where I do business and have them there for me when I need them and not have to figure out how to be there when they are ready to help me with such restricted availability and no communication!This is a very poorly ran photo department with employees handling your orders that do not even have any training in photo! These are precious memories and these items are not cheap!Maybe someone can tell me what I am supposed to do with a store credit for almost a hundred dollars that was charged on a credit card gaining almost 30% interest the whole time that I can not get this resolved? No way to pay that off when you have to use that money to pay to have these redone somewhere else!

I was helped promptly and the pharmacist was friendly. I used the drive thru and drove right by two cars set on using the lane next to the building. Other patrons may be idiots, but the staff here is not.
