Interesting tour of how they make wagons by hand. A quality product with an interesting history. Took a tour of this factory with a car club tour.

Scheduled a 1:00 PM tour as part of a trip in August to midwest. It is a small building and very old. Arrived and was greeted by a person inside. We were only people on the tour. The person took us through the steps to create their wagons and history of company. The people who work there definitely care about their products and are all retired craftsman. If you are into unique tours/things that are made in US, I feel this qualifies. Cost was $15 for 3 people on tour.

We ordered a wagon for our son's first Christmas. We expected that the price of the wagon was a reflection of the quality and service that we would receive, but we were mistaken. Our order was placed in October and the wagon was received damaged due to poor product design and poor packaging. The wagon was returned, repaired and sent back...again damaged in shipping due to poor product design and poor packaging. The hardware is very sturdy, it is the wood that is of low quality and the design of the joints...very weak. It is now late January and there has been no response from Wisconsin Wagon since January 8. Wisconsin Wagon has been slow to respond, reluctant to take responsibility. If you are looking for a premium, heirloom quality piece look elsewhere.
