Damaged my car service manager said he would get back to me been 2 weeks haven’t heard anything
Edit: There was a miscommunication on the email that the pictures needed to be sent to so they had never received them Patrick the service manager reached out to me and apologized about not reaching out after he didn’t receive the images and they are covering the repair cost and included additional pay for my time. I’ve took my car to them for the past year and have been satisfied every other time accidents happen

I will only ever take my cars here again. The service team moved heaven and earth to get my vehicle fixed when needing a new engine. Patrick, the service manager made sure to reach out sometimes daily to give me updates on the repairs and dealing with the warranty company. They earned a customer for life.

This is the absolute worst dealer to purchase a vehicle. They will not stand behind their product inventory. I was looking to purchase a 2025 Ram 2500. My local dealer did not have what I wanted so we did a dealer locate for a truck that had the options I wanted. The closest dealership was Griffin CDJR in Jefferson Wisconsin. My dealer called them and they said sure, we can have that truck. My dealer sent a tow truck 3.5 hours one way, 7 hours round trip, to pick up that truck so it wouldn’t have hundreds of miles on the odometer. At about 4:00 pm on Thursday September 11th the tow truck arrived at my local dealer with what should’ve been my new truck. Upon inspecting it on the tow truck, the underside was completely covered in mud. It was caked behind the front bumper, the driveshafts were covered, the underside of the cab and bed, completely covered. That being said, it wasn’t a huge deal. I mean, it’s a truck after all. It can be cleaned. The outside of the truck was not much better. Griffin CDJR didn’t even wash the outside of the truck prior to my dealer picking it up. There were bird droppings in multiple places, remnants of mud and dirt on the bed rails. The whole truck was filthy like it hasn’t been washed in months. Again, not a big deal, it can be washed, and it’s still a truck. My dealer put it up in the air on their heavy duty lift and they told me they would power wash the underside the next day on Friday. I told them I would be out of town until Monday and they told me, perfect, the tech that uses this lift will be off until Tuesday, and their head detailer has Mondays off and would also be in on Tuesday. I told them I would be in on Tuesday morning with a new wash mitt and bucket because I wanted it hand washed, not run through a machine. They agreed. I came in on Tuesday and watched their head detailer lower the (now clean underside) truck down off the lift and pull it into the wash section and he hand washed the truck. Now I see why Griffin CDJR gave us a completely filthy vehicle. There is not a panel on this truck that doesn’t have some sort of damage. Mostly scratches, and a few buff marks that left the paint dull in spots. One dent on the passenger bed side. The worst of it, is the hail damage on the hood and roof. The hood was taken off at some point, (the hinges were marked with paint so it would go back on in the right position). The roof still had grease pencil marks circling what would’ve been hail damage. Some of the scratches could be buffed out, some of them were through the clear coat. The rear bumper will have to be repainted because it’s that bad. So, my dealer called Griffin CDJR, and they essentially said, “too bad, it’s your truck now, and it’s your problem, not ours”. They will not take the truck back. My dealer even said we will tow it back to you, because we cannot sell it in this condition, they said nope, it’s your problem. This truck only has 23 miles on it. My dealer told me that they do not expect me to buy this truck and they will locate another one or order me a 2026. Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Griffin CDJR in Jefferson Wisconsin. They clearly are shady, dishonest, con men. Buyer beware!

Brought in a vehicle with a ripped brake hose since it was close by. Was never given any sort of time frame just took the keys and said we will let you know. After calling and speaking with someone they said they needed to talk to managment to give me an update but never got any sort of call back again. Went to pick up the vehicle so I could just go elsewhere and they claimed that they had the wrong number written down and tried reaching out. It’s 2024 when someone calls you it’s pretty easy to get someone’s number from caller ID. Anyways went to pick up the vehicle and the mechanic that was working on it had left for the day but left the truck up on the lift so I couldn’t even take it home. They also told me it would take a week to order in the brake hose on top of that. Lost 3 days and was charged 200$ for “diagnosing” an issue that I informed them what it was upon even handing over the keys. Took my vehicle to a smaller local shop and had it done next day. Ended up paying less for the entire service job then I did paying for Griffin to “diagnose” the issue

AMAZING would be an understatement!!! We were in town to help with the Jefferson County Fair last week and had a very loud noise coming from our truck/camper tow vehicle... I had called multiple small shops to see if they could at least take a look and help diagnose the sound(Sounded like a bad U-Joint)... Everyone said they were too busy to look... Based on a recommendation from another shop, we called Griffin and asked for Patrick. That is where things got AMAZING!!! We told Patrick the situation that we were in and he said he would do everything he could to help... He asked that we give him a bit to figure things out(they were extremely busy as well). In a couple hours, we heard back from Patrick that he had found one of his techs that was willing to squeeze us in... Being from out of town, the issue was then that I had no way to get back the Fair Grounds while the truck was being worked on... Patrick solved that issue for us in once again amazing fashion... The issue was found in very short order and it was nothing serious. The tech fixed the issue, and then they cut down the price we originally agreed on with it being such an easy fix!!! Let's just say, If ever in the Jefferson, WI area and you need vehicle help, PLEASE look up Patrick at Griffin Chrysler

This place is great! Most recently I stopped in with some questions about tires for my Durango, and Patrick was so nice and helpful. He looked at my tires and gave me advice on what to buy and when to buy them. Super impressed. Service at most places seems to be hit or miss, but when people care about what they do, it definitely shows. Strongly recommend Griffin for auto repairs!

Was heading to Florida from Wisconsin when tire blew out on PorscheCayenne & managed to made it to "Griffin" in Jefferson Wisconsin.
ONLY charged $202.41 for tire & mounted!!!
THANKING EVERYONE INVOLVED in getting us back on the road fairly soon & VERY reasonable. ?????

We just purchased a Dodge Durango from Alex at the Jefferson location. We are elderly and have purchased many cars over the years, rarely have we had such a great experience as we did with Alex and the entire team in Jefferson. Worth the extra drive for us to experience such great service. Our car was presented in the clean service area (cleaner than any others I have seen) Alex was so patient with us (old…not tech savvy ). We could not have asked for a better experience!

I wasn't sure about driving 45 mins from home to look at used trucks, but I'm glad that I did!
I spent months researching what I wanted and came across Havill's website. They had several trucks I was interested in, so I called ahead and spoke with Tammy Boufford.
Tammy was easy to work with and Greg Lang did a great job on the financing side. I didn't feel battered and bruised like previous car buying experiences.
I purchased a 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn from Havill and I would recommend taking the short drive to Jefferson!!
