“Every new year I could rely on DDR to offer the ubiquitous calendars that insurance agencies in general have come to be known for handing out. The big ones were a nice perk. Since Ansay & Associates took over DDR in 2021 that tradition has apparently been eliminated, despite being very popular with customers. Seems like a rather piddly decision, and doesn't bode well in the long run. With premiums going up each year, getting a minuscule treat like a calendar always took an edge off paying more. So what other scrimpings are in store? Was the recent departure of beloved Roxanne part of the shaving as well???”
