Hands down the best gym in the area. The old school equipment Kevin has is some of the rarest and best equipment ever made. You won’t find another place like this. Metroflex is a true gem for people who take training seriously!

My kind of gym. Old school vibe. Offers training programs. Clean bathrooms. Day pass is 5 dollars. Highly recommend this location!

While this gym was not for me, when I went to cancel, Kevin the owner was very kind and understanding and asked for feedback to improve. Kevin is great.
