Theisens was a nice store! Clean and the shelves nicely stocked. They had a great variety of items there like food/candy, clothes and toys. Staff was very friendly when we checked out too!

Took 10 mins for the person at the cash register to check me out. Extremly disappointed with my experience. 10 out 10 do not recommend unless you have plenty of time to wait at the register.
There was also 8+ employees standing around.

I went there to buy earmuffs that were listed on their website and said I could pick them up but when I went there no one could find them.

Clean and well organized store, nice variety of items. Nice selection of dog treats, prices on wild bird food are much better than Wal Mart.

This Theisen's is well stocked, and even had my hard to find dog food available. The staff is friendly and approachable, and it's easy to find your way around the store. I would recommend it to my friends!

Shopped here several times for hunting gear, warm weather gear etc. The last two visits I’ve seen an uptick in poor customer service. Attitude where none is needed. Today was the last visit. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

I had a hard time finding availability online so I made a call to the store. Jasmine went above and beyond, went to the yard to make sure the items were in stock. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you.
