Fantastic customer service!!! When a simple upgrade and swap turned into problem after problem, the associate was fantastic ! Aidan tried everything he could to solve the issue and was great about it the whole time. Kudos to Aidan!!! He made a very frustrating situation for both of us much easier to handle.

I had the pleasure of working with Kamin Wolter. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was getting a phone for my granddaughter and was concerned about her having unlimited access to the internet. He took the time to make sure I truly understood the plan and helped me set up limits for her access to the web. He was an excellent representative of your company, and you are very lucky to have him as an employee.

Ran into a few issues. HOWEVER. Dallas, the regional manager, took time out of his busy Friday morning to open the store early to help me resolve these issues, allowing me to leave happy and satisfied. Even upper management care about their customers!

Unfortunately my last two visits in this store have been less than great. today a very pleasant gal was working alone. when we walked in she was attempting to assist two customers at a time. Two others were waiting their turn ahead of us. They eventually left after waiting an unknown length of time. one of the first two customers drove off and returned. not sure WHAT process should take so very long. we were in the store well over an hour before the worker was able to assist us. meanwhile others came and she walked around asking why people were there. she waited on two separate individuals in between dealing with us and the others. incredibly slow service. this company should respect its workers and customers. pay the help better, make sure there are enoigh trained staff available to assist customers! speed up the process. these are computer programs after all!

I have stopped into Jefferson US Cellular for assistance many times. I’m always more than pleased with their service. Logan and Tommy are very accommodating and resourceful.
