Jefferson WI, Walmart Always out of what you want, stopped carrying many items we used to buy regularly, half the shelves are always empty, a few of the staff are nice and helpful the rest act they don't want to be there and their attitudes show it. Hint: If you don't like to do customer service, do every shpper a favor and quit. Actually heard an employee tell a man that was looking for something "I'm off the clock" although he was in the middle of the store with his name tag on. Management are the most unfriendly people there. It's pretty obvious employees are following their lead. Owner: spend a little time in your store and you'll see that it's not a nice place to visit. We'll start using Festival foods instead from now on. Walmart you lost our business!

I am glad that Walmart is in town. I lived here way before they came, and the shopping experience was zero to none before. With that said, most of the employees there are decent hard workers. However, there's this grouch by the name of Jay that works in the women's department. All I have to say is, if you don't like your job, fake it until you make it, or at least until you clock off. Geez. I steer clear of the women's department when I see her. This one time a worker tried changing a watch battery for me, and said she couldn't help me, but Jay could (she was having a hard time figuring how to switch the battery). I asked her if anybody else could help me, besides Jay bc Jay's personality overwhelms me. This worker acknowledged that I'm not the only one that Jay has this effect on, and that Jay has "a way with people." Keeping someone with a bad attitude means lost revenue for Walmart.

Please clean your bathroom. There is dirt built up on the ceramic tiles, it just looks nasty. The corners are worse. The toilets have buildup near the top that you can see as soon as you walk into the stall. This bathroom needs a deep cleaning with professional products and scrubbing, not just a quick mop job. This is a shame- the checkout staff is really nice. It just reflects poorly on one of only two grocery stores in our wonderful rural town.

Absolute horrible experience when I came in. I was walking throughout the entire store trying to look for some plastic Tupperware for food. I eventually found someone and it was a group of kids. They didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there. I eventually had to "interrupt" their conversation. I asked politely where the plastic Tupperware might be for food. Instead of taking me to the product, the young lady just points and says "over there", I walk over to the "section" she pointed at and it wasn't there. I decided to stroll the entire store, one more time. And I couldn't find anything. As I checked out, I asked the cashier if they had such a thing at this Walmart, and she said "No, I'm sorry". Honestly, that young lady who "pointed" and didn't even know what I was talking about is sad. I will try to avoid that place as much as I can while shopping there. Unfortunately it's the only thing to do in town. Shame on the employees you hire at this Walmart!

Tried to buy the hot ready to eat chicken but it's not for sale apparently. Michael says "we have the 8 piece down below, grab one of them". I looked at the dried out tiny pieces of chicken in them packages and said no thanks. 5 p.m. on a Saturday night, I'll bet them 3 times the size pieces in the cabinet end up in the trash. My Wife said to go get an 8 piece and some taters and slaw for dinner but I just left and bought takeout. Thanks Michael and the other lady that said no.

If you ever wondered where Walmart's business model first gained its momentum then you need to come to this location. This Walmart is in the middle of nowhere. Or maybe the cabin I was staying at was in the middle of nowhere. It took us a half hour to get here. Being from Chicago driving a half hour anywhere is normal only because you can expect to be sitting in traffic for a majority of it. This was not the case for this trip. We were legit driving 60mph+ for 30 minutes to get to this place that just came out of nowhere. Nowhere! People have to come here and stock up for the winter before they make their next trip back. It truly is a one stop shop. It is a once in a lifetime trip. Other than that this is simply like any other Walmart if you've ever been to one. They had a ton of employees and there were not that many people shopping. I bought some beer and Tylenol and I was on my way back to middle of nowhere Wisconsin.

The staff is very unfriendly. They often put the slowest cashiers on the 20 items or less lanes. When I purchase things on my debit card, I go online and check my bank statement. They take double the amount I was originally charged. I'm sick of Wal-Mart stores.

No one ever around to help.. They never have enough check outs open (plan on waiting a while). Lack of knowledgeable employees (I asked if they had a pool vacuum, I was directed to the regular vacuums and was told these would work great). Many items are often out of stock.
