Husband tried on a pair of shorts and they fit perfectly so he bought two pairs. Took them on a trip and found out that even though they were the same size one was much bigger than the other. Tried to exchange them but they were washed and we didn’t have the receipt. Manager explained how it is normal for their sizes to vary (poor product design) and they couldn’t do anything since the tags were off. Ridiculous considering how expensive their products are. No more Eddie Bauer for us.

(Review is based on experience with the salesperson from my visit on 5/4/2021 around 5:30pm).Sales associates should perhaps ask what size ranges you are looking for and not make verbal assumptions when you are simply browsing and hadn’t even asked for assistance, much less what size you assume I’m shopping for. Way to make a customer feel good.

In my opinion its the exact same product as tue Columbia store but a higher price tag and different name. Bought same pair of pants from each store exact same build and style one was about $20 cheaper. Guess you pay for the name.

I love Eddie Bauer, great quality long lasting products. I love this outlet store because they have a great selection and the prices are low. The selection is great, it's not odds and ends of things they couldn't sell, it's all their great products displayed well. The store is large and clean with all the Covid precautions you would expect. The staff is friendly and helpful and helped me with some return questions I had, definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great products at a great price.

The staff here is so helpful and friendly! They take covid-19 seriously and I felt very safe with the protocols in place. It was my first time shopping in this location and I will definitely be back. Thank you! :)
