This is the cleanest and most organized five below I have ever been to! Staff were very friendly and attentive. I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to shop here from now on.

Store is a bit of a chaotic mess but laid out in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for, aisles are also small so can be challenging to navigate when busy. Some staff are super friendly and helpful and others want nothing to do with customers. It’s great for gifts for kids as they have a great variety and great prices and even have some fun and unique items you might not find anywhere else. They also have balloons and party supplies at a great price and will even blow balloons up for you!

I had a fantastic time at 5 Below in Johnson Creek Outlet Mall! This store is a treasure trove of fun and affordable items, from trendy accessories to unique gadgets. The vibrant layout makes shopping a joy, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. I found great deals on gifts for friends and myself. If you're looking for budget-friendly finds, 5 Below is a must-visit!

This store was an absolute mess. Nearly impossible to navigate with a cart due to the boxes, merchandise and garbage on the floor. The t-shirt area was so very disorganized. The t-shirts on the wall did not represent the stock below in the unfolded mess heaps. The books looked like they were dumped onto the table from a box of miscellaneous crap.

I walked in the store and was told by the young lady at the front desk that they are closing in 30 minutes. Okay but then you feel rushed to look around, she was on her cell phone the whole time. The store was messy. Products not in proper order and just not kept up like it used to be. Not impressed and most likely won’t return.

I love having one so close. Cute store, very well stocked. Clean. A lot less overwhelming than Madison stores. Inexpensive things but not cheap quality. I wish I knew it had opened before today!

Lots to see, almost overwhelming. Aisles are close with lots of stuff so getting a wheelchair through can be a pain.
